    I listed concert tickets on a platform site called Lysted. When I listed them, I had accidentally listed them twice and reached out to the platform immediately. They told me someone would be in touch with options to rectify the problem right away. I reached out several times a day. I asked if one of the orders could be canceled. They told me no. it was free ****** ***** concert in ******** that was last night. Last night after the concert started they told me that the order for one of my tickets had been canceled. I asked them where the ticket was and they said they didnt know. The order was canceled by the marketplace and they did not have the buyer return the ticket nor did they give me the money for the ticket. The ticket was used so the buyer kept the ticket and did not have to pay because his order was canceled. Lysted Needs to either refund the money or have the buyer refund the money immediately. They have stolen from me. If their platform is being used to connect buyers and sellers through the marketplace with things such as see geek, then they should be held responsible to ensure that money is received or that tickets are returned. I received neither. Please help me get my money back. I paid $300 for each ticket for a total of $600 but only one of my tickets ended up being sold and the other was canceled so I want my 300 back.

    Customer was paid for all of his orders on his 10/11 remittance. 

    The issue as described was the issue created by the seller where they failed to deliver tickets they sold in error. We were able to complete and fulfill the missing ticket that the seller could not provide. We charged them the exact cost we paid to replace the extra ticket and complete the order $469.56

    The order itself was paid to the seller, no further action is warranted here. When the seller signed up on Lysted they agreed to our terms and conditions which explicitly states what actions will be taken if the seller is unable to deliver their tickets. That specific language is below section 8.8.1

     

    8.8. You agree and acknowledge that Lysted may charge you service fees, and collect those service fees from you directly or through one or more collection agencies, in the event that you have incurred service fees. For example, Lysted shall charge service fees in connection with your failure to abide by the terms of any transaction you have entered into with a third-party using the Services or Site. You also acknowledge that these fees are fair compensation for time and effort spent addressing your failure to abide by the terms of your transaction with one or more third parties. By way of non-limiting example, you agree and acknowledge:
    8.8.1. if the tickets are not provided to Lysted after they have sold, You agree to pay liquidated damages in the amount equal to the cost of obtaining equivalent tickets to fulfill the order.
    8.8.2. If equivalent tickets are not obtainable, You agree to pay all penalties charged by the marketplace for the unfulfilled sale.
    8.8.3. If the tickets provided are deemed to be invalid by the selling marketplace, You agree to pay all penalties charged by the marketplace for the denial of entry and refund Lysted 100% of the proceeds for that sale.

    This business provided me with an easy way to sell tickets but they charged me a fee cause my tickets were canceled, the cancellation and fees were never disclosed and due to there incompetence I have taken a major loss. Ive tried contacting them but they said they resolved the transaction in the buyers favor. I was also unaware that there was a case to resolve anything, they are very sketchy for hiding these things from me.

    The customer listed and sold tickets on our site. Regardless of why his tickets were cancelled, he is responsible for any costs associated with making the order right with the buyer.

    The seller agreed to our terms and conditions which clearly outlines his responsibilities as a seller and the possible associated charges for failing to deliver the tickets. 

    The associated charge is valid. The seller here is 100% in the wrong. This seller has harmed our business by not delivering the tickets. This failure on the sellers part caused a buyer to have a poor experience and affects our business relationship with the exchange he sold the tickets on.
