2 starsWe like our mattresses BUT, wow, the customer service is awful!!! And honestly, I have no trust in them after this experience and really wonder if we got what was advertised! After not hearing anything about our order for over a month (literally nothing, I thought maybe it did not go through), we got an email a couple days before letting us know it would be delivered on Christmas Eve. No one asked if this timing would be OK or if we would be in town. We had a large order too! After being on the phone with Plush Beds and getting no help besides to call UPS, I tried that forever and got NOWHERE. It was a huge waste of time. Our order was delayed on Dec. 23rd with a 26th delivery date and then on Christmas Eve we found out it was delivered after we left town. It was a HUGE MESS. Plush Beds did nothing to help. When I gave them my feedback on this experience, I heard the following back. BTW our mattress took much longer than what was stated here... "I sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your mattress. All our mattresses are made to order, with a typical production time of 7-10 business days, plus an additional 7 days during holiday sales. Regarding the free sheet set, it is not advertised as organic. However, we assure you that while it is not organic, it is completely free of harmful chemicals for your peace of mind." Note: I also complained that the "Luxury" (not Organic) sheet set was made from microfiber and how that goes against everything advertised on their website. And their response was that it is completely free of harmful chemicals (so I guess the website info about using natural fibers is not important if this is a Luxury sheet set). So please don't fall for the Luxury sheet set ad as it is completely misleading.Review fromJeanette B

We purchased a queen size wool topper at full price. It arrived well-packaged but upon opening the product, we discovered that they did not sew all of the cuts that they made in the fabric during production. When I complained, I was accused of making the cut myself when I opened the package even though it completely uniform with all of the cuts make in production. The company claims that the product was thoroughly inspected before shipment but clearly it was not, leading me to doubt the overall quality. Very unhappy with both the product and customer service.PlushBeds

Dear J*******, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues with your wool topper. At PlushBeds, we take product quality seriously, and we sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. Upon receiving your complaint, we promptly offered a full refund or replacement, including a prepaid return label, to make the return process as easy as possible for you. We also extended a discount for a replacement topper, but we did not receive a response from you on how you wished to proceed. We understand your frustration and remain committed to resolving this matter. If you would like to revisit the options we offered, or if there's anything else we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best regards, PlushBeds Customer Support TeamReview fromPat G

1 starI purchased the Natural Wool Mattress Topper, because it was advertised as having a 3 inche loft (thickness). It does not. it has only an inch or less in some areas and 2 inches at the highest point on the edge, and that is when it is fluffed. I sent numerous emails and one email with photos of the two inch edge. I was told to fluff it, to get a three inch loft. No fluffing is going to make 1 inch of wool 3 inches thick. It is not a quilt that I would sleep under, it's a bed topper that was advertised as being 3 inches thick. I was lied to, and Plush Beds does not want to compensate me for a deceptive product. This was the last reply I received from them. "Our manufacturing team would again kindly request that you provide other clear pictures of just the topper itself (with measurement), after fluffing it up, and placed on a flat surface without any bedding or other materials around it. This will allow us to get a clearer view of the thickness." I already sent pictures. I'm not going to do that again. When people purchase a couch with three inch cushions to sit on, they do not expect to have to fluff them every time they get up from sitting, same with a bed topper. I want to lay down on 3 inches of cushion not some kind of fluffy full of air 1 inch of wool stuffed sheet. A no star rating!!!Review fromJulia P

1 starI am beyond furious with PlushBeds. I placed an order for a mattress on May 3rd, with a guarantee from PlushBeds that it would be delivered by May 19th. This was a promise they failed to keep from the get-go. Instead of honoring their commitment, they constantly delayed the delivery, feeding me lie after lie. Here’s a rundown of their deceit: On May 21st, I was told by a manager that the mattress was already loaded and ready to be shipped. I felt reassured, thinking it was finally on its way. The very next day, May 22nd, I called for an update, only to be told that they had just started creating the mattress! How can it be ready to ship one day and just starting production the next? To add insult to injury, they then claimed it would be shipped on May 25th. I was skeptical but hoped for the best. Within an hour, they called again and said it wouldn’t be shipped until Tuesday, May 28th, or possibly even longer. This level of dishonesty and incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. PlushBeds has shown a complete lack of respect for their customers, blatantly lying about the status of orders and shamelessly delaying delivery. I’m convinced this company is running a scam, taking money and stringing customers along with false promises and outright lies. Every single employee I spoke with, including the managers, fed me different stories, proving that dishonesty is ingrained in their business practices. Save yourself the headache and avoid PlushBeds at all costs. They don't value their customers and clearly have no intention of fulfilling their promises. This has been the worst purchasing experience of my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. PlushBeds, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your dishonesty and incompetence have lost you a customer for life, and I will make sure to spread the word about your disgraceful business practices. Buyer beware!Review fromJennifer F

1 starPlush Beds has misleading product descriptions and reviews on their website. I purchased their shredded latex + kapok pillow, which has several reviews touting the ease of removing fill for customized loft and support. The description of the pillow by the company also reads, "Customizable for personalized comfort tailored to individual preferences." But when my pillow arrived yesterday, I was surprised to find no zipper or other opening for removing fill. It is much too tall/firm as is. When I contacted customer service, I was informed they had indeed changed the design and the pillow is no longer adjustable, but they would not allow me to return this $112 pillow. I understand this is their standard (and disappointing in itself) no-return policy for all "accessories," but I'd hoped they'd make an exception because of the incorrect information about this pillow. Would-be customers use reviews and a company's product description to decide whether to purchase a product. How would I know they had changed the design with no indication from them? I tried to post a review of my own to let other potential buyers know this pillow is no longer adjustable but -- surprise, surprise -- it hasn't been posted to their website. In fact, I notice now that only four- and five-star reviews make it on there. I've been perusing many company websites looking for a shredded latex pillow, and other companies seem to post all their reviews -- not only the ones of their choosing. If only I'd gone with one of them.Review fromKen L

1 starPlushBeds has the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I should have never purchased my mattress, based on my initial conversation with the sales agent that I spoke with. My experience has gotten worse after I ordered the mattress. I’ve been trying to purchase a topper and spend another $800 on additional products, because the mattress is way too firm for a medium mattress. However, it has been a major pain and I have not been able to purchase the topper.Review fromJerri D

1 starI paid over $1,700 for a mattress from Plushbeds in 2020. After only 3 years, the mattress has a terrible indent that is giving me backaches. I weigh 135 pounds and am the only person who has slept on this mattress. I have slept in other beds in my home to make sure it was the Plushbeds mattress making my back hurt. When I slept on another bed, my back pain went away. Of course, the problem showed up just as the 3 year warranty was up. The 5 year warranty should still cover this kind of issue. I keep getting a run-around fromt the company. DO NOT buy from this company, they are over priced and do not hold up.Review fromAnn C

1 starWho take their pillows back and I would give it a zero if I could, I too bought from them and I bought two pillows that ended up costing me close to $400 and they are horrible. I have woke up with a neck ache ever since I got them and I've woke up with severe congestion. I even put two pillow protectors on them so I think there must be an issue with the wool because I've had other wool pillows before and I've never had this problem with them. I agree 100% that the customer service is horrific when I called twice to try to tell them that I was extremely unhappy with the pillows, all they did was try to tell me what a great sale they were having and how I could get free shipping ?? it was s irritating when I was trying to tell them how unhappy I am, and they are doing nothing but trying to sell me things. They then told me that because of safety reasons they can not take any bedding back so I had to inform them that were uninformed bc there are massive companies out there who take pillows back ( both down & wool) and they recycle them so they are as good as new!!! Anyway, if you're thinking about trying them my suggestion is please don't. There pillows are not great and there are lots and lots of companies with better customer service who will work with youReview fromJennifer S

1 starOrdered their “firm” & “supportive” latex pillow based on their all 5 star reviews. It arrived vacuumed sealed so I had to open it in order to see the pillow. Immediately I realized the pillow was very flimsy & thin. I contacted customer service to explain I never used it and the quality was terrible. I was told the only thing they could do was offer me 10% of what I paid. I left a review on the website but was met with a message that it would be reviewed. I now realize they only accept 5 star reviews for the website.Review fromBar O

1 starDon't buy from this company and if you do get the return policy up front in writing. I ordered a topper cover used it one night. Sent an email to initiate a return and they refused to take it back. Their website does not make it clear that there are no returns.
