I ordered 3 items and I only received one item. I contacted them and they took 6 weeks to send me the products that where missing to be the same ring I all ready had on my finger. I want a refund, they won't respond to my emails now.Initial Complaint

I purchased two custom rings back in May of 2024 last known update was 05/30/2024 after that I have reached out multiple times to get an update, been told they will have to take further look in to my issue and would get back to me weeks later have not heard back from them. Reached out again through email and they still don't have an update on where my rings are, asked for a refund twice and they have told me to wait and see if they can find my order. I have tried being nice but to go on two months for two rings that were apparently shipped on 5/30/2024 should not take this long to get to me.Initial Complaint

Purchased a customized bracelet on 6/4/23 for $19.99. It is 6/17/23 and. I have emailed the company and havent received any response. I have received a confirmation email for the order but never received a shipping notification or even the product Ive paid for.Initial Complaint

I ordered a personalized bracelet from Personalized Jewel for a friend whose child is going through cancer treatment. The website appeared legit but now seems too good to be true. My order was made 5/19/23 for $26.94. I havent heard anything since my original confirmation email and have tried reaching out through their contact us on the website twice with no response. I have ordered a ring through personalized jewelry. I have emailed them SEVERAL times and I have not receive my order or a tracking number or anything. Number listed on their website is FAKE. I visited the website on May 13, 2023 I paid ****** dollars for 3 personalized rings. My order number is *****. I received an email with my receipt of purchase. After that I have not had any contact from them. I have sent them 4 emails regarding my purchase and shipping information and haven't heard anything from them. When i send and email i get an auto return email saying they have recieved my email and will review it but that is all i have got back from them. I do however still get ads from the website with discounts trying to get me to purchase something else. My order was supposed to be here already and I haven't even received a tracking number or anything. I would love to get the rings I paid for but if that is not possible I would just like to be reimbursed.Initial Complaint

I ordered a birthstone ring promised by Mothers Day. They charged my account and sent an email saying they are processing the order. A few days after Mothers Day I inquired and no response. Ive emailed them numerous times and they have yet to respond. I should have read the reviews. Apparently they are a scam and if you ****** the address its available for virtual leases, so I imagine multiple scam sites are run there. They cant return my emails or ship my product but they flood my email box with ads to buy more! What kind of idiot would buy from someone who scammed them already?
