My granddaughter ordered a necklace for her Mother 2/5/22. It was to come before Valentines Day. They took they money out right away but no word since. I have emailed twice. There is no phone number to call. I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 1/12/2022, order********. The product was the "Personalized Heart Keychain- Custom Heart and Date Charm with Personal Message and Date of Birth Engraving", for a total of $24.94. My order was confirmed through email at 10:51 pm on the same date. On 1/21/22 I received an email saying that my order had shipped via ****. I was given the tracking number of **********************. The following is what the tracking information has said since that email. It has not updated since then and I have not received my order..... January 20, 2022, 4:50 am Shipping Label Created, **** Awaiting Item *************** ***** A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 4:50 am on January 20, 2022 in *************** *****. This does not indicate receipt by the **** or the actual mailing date. January 19, 2022 Pre-Shipment Info Sent to ****, **** Awaiting Item I have sent two emails through the "contact us" form on their website inquiring about my order. one email asking when I would receive the order and the other asking how to get a refund. I have not received any type of response from the company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a personalized ring on 12/16/21. Order number *****. They never asked for the two names for the ring to be engraved on it. I emailed them and asked why they didn't ask for the names. No response. I finally emailed them and said I wanted a refund. They finally got back to me and asked for the two names. I gave them the names. About a week later still nothing, I emailed them again and asked for a refund. They sent me an email back asking for the two names again. I responded and said I wanted a refund for sure at this point and if I didn't then I would report them to the BBB. No answer. I sent them another email stating the same thing. No answer. I would just like my money $24.94 back. Thank youBusiness response

I ordered an Personalized Heart Pendant Necklace for Women, Custom 4 Birthstones & Names Engraving Pendant on December 12 and it said it would come that same weekend but it got shipped on December 17 and thats it. They sent me a message that it was shipped but it been sitting in the same place for the last 5 days and it should be delivered to me by now but its not so i would like a whole refund back.
