      24 hour fitness in *********************************** ***** The place constantly stinks, it's like management doesn't mind working in that stink. And the employees are constantly on their phones, they need to really be curtious to members. Pins missing, staff dosent put weights back either. Please fix it, it's so frustrating because it's the gym closest to my home.

      Clearning crew need to get fired at the woodland hills facility, there is a clearning lady who tends to splash dirty water upon people, rant about Hispanics, that she's tghere to clear our ****, etc. *****, manager has been emailed, contacted many times without resolution. There are videos that will come to light if nothing is done.

      The downtown 24 hour fitness is Sacramentos version of Hollywood.Everybody is rude and self-absorbed. I only play basketball at this location. Ive been going to this gym 5yrs. The manager and Assistant have never talked to me. Most Black people that go to this location feel the racial profiling but ignore it.I was playing basketball and some lady was working out in front of the basketball court. I didnt say anything to her; I was watching the exercise and she says: Can I workout in peace? I told her I didnt say anything to you and dont be rude. I walked back into the gym and told the other guys hooping.She saw me talking to the guys about her and told staff I was boring her.Without even asking me what happened, I was told to leave. I asked the acting manager what did I do? She said Leave, get out.Ive seen people fight on the basketball court at 24 hr fitness and nothing happens. I was told to leave with security following me like a criminal because some chick wasnt doing her exercises correctly.Avoid this gym. Its 2023 and black people cant go to the gym without feeling stereotyped and accursed.Additionally, the bathroom and locker room is the worse Ive seen in **********. Staff doesnt clean; soap and toilet paper is hardly filled.

      Cancellation policy needs to be amended. This should be a see less process instead of having to go to facility and experience poor attitudes from staff regarding their system outages and ability to cancel membership. This is a process that should be accessible online. Havent used membership in months due to pregnancy and still being charged. Makes no sense that member has to go in to the facility to cancel. When you dont even need to be there to sign up.

      The Swimming pool has been closed for 2 months. As part of membership, the pool is part of the amenities provided. To date, they claim the pool is under maintenance. No date has been provided when the pool will reopen. Our membership should be partially refunded.

      Great facility with amenities well above the established norm. Unfortunately, the leadership is pitifully lacking. This is problematic for members especially pertaining to safety and security. Locks are being broken off lockers and members belongings stolen from the locker room. I have been a victim of theft two times while working out at 24 Hour Fitness. First time my car was broken into and belongs stolen, the second time, my belongs were stolen from the locker room. The second time, an arrest was made, the person who broke the lock off my locker and took my belongs was ID while using my credit card at a gas station. This person was not a member of 24-Hour Fitness but allowed unsupervised access to the club.It is not safe to leave you belongs locked ** in your car and it is not safe to have them locked ** in a locker in the club.

      Still not operating 24 hours/day three years after the pandemic. The ******************* facility is old and equipment is always breaking down. The jacuzzi has been out of operation for two weeks. I have complained several times to management and they give non answers. I even complained to corporate and they knocked two months off my membership, but never fixed the problem!

      I have been a member of 24Hour Fitness for a very long time, I keep my membership because it I have access to any of the 24 hour gyms in the different states I work, however I have attended the ******* gym (***** ***************) several times in the last few months and so far it is the worse of all the gyms I have attended in **********, ***** and ****************. it is so dirty that the shower shows a lot of mold on the floor and wall tiles. you can see the mold on the water drinking fountain, a sign that it is not clean often. I also notice that the handicapped showers do not have signs indicating that the shower is for handicapped members. Last night (09/18/2023) it was one of my worse experiences in this gym. the power went off and the whole gym became. pitch dark and to my surprise the gym does not have emergency lighting, not even wall lights with battery back up. I was in the shower and could not see anything, until an employee came into the locker room with an small flashlight and instead of helping he told us to hurry up to leave. I am surprised that the regular members do complain to the department of health. Showers are a health hazard. Thank you ******

      BE WARNED. do not give your credit card information over the phone.I called the Arcadia location on Friday Sep 15, 2023 at 10am, to renew my membership, "********" answered the call, he sounded very friendly and helpful. He even offered to waive the annual fee if I renew my membership over the phone. After giving him all of my information including credit card info, he told me that my membership is active and I can go to the club same day. And that I would receive an email confirmation. I did not receive the email confirmation. I called the same day in the afternoon to verify that the account is active, I was told by ******** that he does not remember the phone call. He doesn't remember taking my credit card information . and now I'm very concerned that I have given ******** my credit card information. Who says he doesn't remember the phone call. I have never experienced such a shady customer service. I learned that ******** is from the ******** location covering the shift in Arcadia, so I would be aware of giving credit card information even to the ******** location.It is unfortunate how bad the customer service is at this location.
