    Received emails from ******************************** and "*****************************" attempting to collect $13,045.18 for "Zoom Professional Services". as well as a cell phone call from "*****************************" (his number is **********) We have no contract or other involvement with any of these companies, and want this undue harassment to cease. We do not know of any of these entities, and from what we have researched online, it is a total scam.

    Zoom is currently trying to extort $ ******. from me and my construction business. With the amount of individuales and entities involved assisting Zoom in trying to extort money from businesses there may be **** and other crimen related to Zoom that are also going on. Corporate veils can be pierced when company owners are coordinating crimen against the public.

    This company is demanding money on a made up audit. They ask for general audit of $15,000.00 with no paper work, documentation, no explanation, and just purely made up. They demand paperwork or threaten lawsuit. I spoke to my insurer and they have no idea who they are. These people appear to be a scam, but what started at $15,000.00 dollar demands, they know are requesting $42,000 in 15 days. These numbers are totally fake, made up, and when you request documents and explanation they just keep saying they are going to sue for it. These request appear to be a shake down on companies. No documentation, no explanation, just demands. You got to wonder how EVERY single customer or complaint says they demand the same exact number of $15,000.00. This company needs to be reviewed.

    I sent a profit and loss statement to them with wrong amount of gross sales number on it, I realized the mistake within days and called them and spoke to them about it and resent a new profit and loss statement with corrected amount on it. They completely ignored the new paperwork I sent and did the audit with the wrong gross sales number. I sent them copies of the new Profit and Loss statement at least three times. They said that was not good enough, so I had my bookkeeper send them Profit and Loss statement along with tax return for them to review also. Then I sent them all my bank statements for the audit year. They sent e mail today stating that that the audit was closed, and they would not return the $618 that I sent them for the audit that was not correct, Gross sales on the incorrect staement was ******* and the actual sales were ******* so there was no way I owed them 600. They do not answer the phone and are very hard to communicate with. Nothing but a bunch of CROOKS!!!

    I had small business insurance through ****** Insurance Services.about $800 per year. I had a heart attack and did not finish the year.I did not pay the renewal and closed business down.Zoom sent paperwork saying I owe $12, 998 .38 because I did not send in some audit paperwork after my business was closed down.They are threatening to send this invoice, that I don't owe, to collections.They are requesting access to my bank info and tax returns and all other.Please help me.

    I am currently being harassed by this company who keeps requesting documents and when the documents are sent they change the criteria and send threatening notices regarding the documents they receive. I have received legal threats if not responsive within a certain timeframe but yet it takes them weeks to get back to you and or respond. When they finally do get back to you they simply claim that the document now needs something else that was never requested in the first place. Total run around. I paid in full then got cancelled without notice being given for two months. Then they put me under audit because they do not want to pay me back for monies owed for a policy that was only bound for a couple weeks. This company is trying to find any reason possible to not make right their mistakes and refuse to answer any questions regarding my account. I express to anyone considering using this company to refrain. You will be treated poorly, and you will be harassed and threatened with legal actions. They will keep requesting the same documents over and over even when you have already had your CPA send over what they have requested. Very unprofessional company with terrible or no service provided. Never pay this company in full!! Just stay away completely. Bad, Bad, Bad.

    I was sent a letter with a notice that I have an expired policy audit of a policy I paid and no longer have.The letter claims that it is the 3rd one I never got any letters or emails They want 13K This is absolute extortion, I will employ counsel as many prior complaints urge.Trying to explore class action because it seems they are doing this to many people This behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

    This is the same complaint as the other 31. Zoom is trying to extract more money out of my company after the policy has been paid. They have the same address with ***************** company and are no doubt In cahoots with them. They are trying to charge me the same amount as the rest of the complaints just over ********* for a policy that was expired on 1/31/2023. They are a scam.

    I purchased an Insurance from an insurance Broker... Zoom Professional services is the auditor of that issurance.they said I owe $4,135.14. on my Gross earning receipts... But most of that is what i paid for subs, I did not make Money that they said i made. money that shows I made is the gross. amount. what I made in Gross just for me is about $150,000.i asked for an explanation on where this payment would go and they said - if i was going to pay them or else it will go to collection.isnt it illegal to sell owed **** to a third party as well?Please Help I dont want to get ripped off. im just a small business.

    I want to add my experience to the large list who have had dealings with this company. It seems like a scam working barely above legitimate means. They contacted me last year and wanted access to my bank account. I spent a lot of time explaining to them that I am a one man show. I have low income. They finally left me alone last year. Now here we are again this year with a letter dated 12-29-23 saying that we owe $13,000 or they will submit to collections and proceed to litigation.
