letter I sent to the hospital about Breg, the vendor, who sneaked in a charge. In re: Breg Company Invoicing, DOS 8/28/21 **** hospital X:I received a **** from Breg stating that I received an orthopedic product from them at your facility. I had no knowledge that I would owe this company anything in addition to hospital charges until I received the statement. I have no documentation in my possession or that I signed that corroborates this statement. They are referring to a sling I received in the *** I did see part of the sling in the trash, did I get overcharged for what I didn't need would be my first question.Second, I did not sign anything saying Breg could charge me in addition to Piedmont. I signed all paperwork and was at the ** alone and responsible for my charges. Later that night, my husband picked me up and said he did not sign anything either. He said he signed a paper that was not explained to him and he assumed it was just for discharge since it was as I was transitioning from the bed to the wheelchair to leave. I find this most irregular sneaking in a vendor's charges.I would ask that I get a copy of any paper I signed agreeing to be charged separately by Breg as well as confirming that I was charged appropriately by item number and cost, please. I do not consider this a valid charge until I receive such paperwork.I do not feel I should have been charged for something extra in secret, especially when not agree upon, at your facility and am bothered by this.Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.Sincerely,

Went to take my daughter to urgent care for her hurt wrist. Urgent care gave her a wrist brace. Months later I get a **** from **** for $140.47. The org charge was $250. This is a wrist brace I can get at ******* for $10-20. You billed the insurance for a CRAZY amount of money and then requesting me to pay the difference. Mind you I have 2 insurance. I have called a couple times the 1st time they didn't even **** my secondary insurance. SO I asked if they could. I went round and round with them on getting the info to them. Lady was very rude. I continue to receive bills for the $140.47 . Not anywhere does it show or state they billed secondary insurance,This company as I can see on the other reviews is awful. They are ripping people of and insurance.Acct *******

I'm continually receiving harassing phone calls and emails from your company demanding $120 for a $20 ankle brace. Your company seems incapable of correctly billing my insurance company. I called today (11/9/2021) and provided my insurance information, again, over the phone. My full name is ******************************* and my DOB is 9/19/1983.
