I was sent an email stating that I owed approximately ******. I have never done any business with this company I contacted my insurance company like other complaints have stated they stated that this company has no affiliation with them and they are unaware of any outstanding balances and or audit processes that use this company. I believe this is some sort of scam email however it seems to be related to a legitimate company or at least a online presence of a legitimate company.Initial Complaint

This company sent a request for tax/business info under the guise of an audit. They knew the company I use, but gave a false account number. Called my insurance company to verify their legit. My company did not employ them. Now they say I owe more than 13k and have hired a semi legit collection agency. Criminal scammers!Initial Complaint

This company is trying to bill me $13000 extra for an audit that I don't know anything about. They are in cahoots with an insurance company in the same building in **********. I no longer have the insurance company. Did some research and found out the insurance company doesn't even pay out on claims for other clients who have turned things in. We have never had a claim. Apparently zoom professional services has tried the same (fine) with many other clients from my research. I have since found a reputable insurance provider and never had any of this aggravation. How are these businesses allowed to operate? I have a small contracting company. I am a one man show. No way general liability insurance should cost the premium of $1200 a year and this scumbag company try to get me to pay $13,000 more. No way. I'd quit first!Initial Complaint

This company is sending threats of legal action about an audit for GL insurance, and they are requesting bank statements or P&L for my company. My insurance company has not stated we are being audited at all, so I suspect a phishing scam. I will give this information to my attorney as well as the attorney general in accordance with FDCPA violations. Additionally, I will file for a class action lawsuit if they do not honor my cease and desist request. 7/17/23 I received an email after an audit dispute.They are now counting every deposit in my bank account as income and charging me insurance on it. I am not paying for Gen **** ********* on refunds from companies and personal loans to me own business. I also provided proof of a second Gen **** Policy and wanting me to double pay for another section of my business. She is stating the dates for that policy dont correspond to the dates on income for the other policy, which is easily seen that this is not true. I have been through many audits with many companies and this is not accurate or true and need resolve.PS Already sent them all bank statements and records.Initial Complaint

This Zoom Inspection Services company is a total scam. I started getting these audit letters. So I called my insurance company and they said they have never heard of them. I have paid all my insurance premium in full with no claims. I have not replied to their demands because I researched and found out they are extortionists and phishing for information. Now they sent a letter to tell me I owe them over $13,000 dollars on a $1500 dollar policy. I will not pay a single *****. I will be hiring an attorney if the extortion does not stop. Every letter and attempt to get money from my business will be forwarded to my attorney and these scumbags will have to answer for their extortion and phishing schemes. I used ************ Insurance for several years for contractor general liability insurance. I flip one house every few years as this is not my full-time work. I have no insurance claims with ********************** and no longer use them as a result of Zoom Professional Services. Zoom Professional Services is an audit agency for AIX *************************** that ********************** Agency created the policy through.Every year I have provided P&L Statement and my Tax Returns to satisfy Zoom and am constantly under the threat from Zoom of potential audit invoice and submittal for collections or commencement of litigation. All policy periods have been closed after numerous submittals from me except for policy period 7/24/2021 to 7/24/2022. I have submitted my P&L statement and my tax forms from 2020 through 2022. These documents show that I have only been working on one property (the only one owned for flipping) and that I have put $ in but not sold it yet, and hence, don't have a Schedule C filed with the federal government. I have corresponded this to Zoom but they insist that they don't have the paperwork they need and have sent Notice of Estimated Audit Invoice for 13,023.53.I need help in closing this out. I have no claims with ****** *****, I no longer utilize Farmer Brown, I have provided Zoom with all documentation that is available showing that I am only working on one property and have shown no profit for this yet and wouldn't anticipate any until this property is fully renovated, listed and sold. I can't imagine that I am the only one having this problem with Zoom. I have never had an issue like this with an insurance company in the past. I renewed my my policy in full back in november 2021. I canceled the policy after the the 3rd year. They attempted to make me renew for several months. After I declined I received a ********** for *********. Mind you Ive already paid in full 3 years straight. In retaliation to my cancellation they are sending threatening emails regarding a policy audit. Its funny how every single complaint equals 13k. This is fraudulent. My premium was less than 4k. How can I possibly owe more 4 times that amount this time, but never before in the past 3 years. They dont have consent to my SSN or EIN how can they attempt collections? Im submitting everything to my lawyer.
