    Ive been a loyal Fashionphile customer for over a decade, with a strong purchase and return history but after my recent experience, I wont be shopping with them again.I returned a high-value item and was shocked to receive an email claiming the package was untampered with and properly packaged but empty. There was no evidence provided, no photo of the box just an implication that I had failed to return the item.I followed up multiple times asking for documentation and clarity while consistently providing receipts, proof of delivery, photos, and everything they could possibly need. Despite that, I received no response. Then, days later, they quietly refunded me with no explanation and no apology.This isnt just bad customer service its incredibly shady behavior from a luxury resale company that depends on trust. They were quick to point fingers, slow to take accountability, and completely unresponsive during a highly distressing situation.Its especially disappointing coming from a brand that continues to send VIP and private client marketing emails based on my long shopping history. That trust is gone.If youre considering making a purchase especially a high-value one think twice. What happens when something goes wrong? Based on my experience, they wont be there to help.

    Honestly, I have been shopping at consignment stores for decades, but I have never been able to find an items in such pristine condition as what this shop has provided me. They have made a loyal customer out of me. Very unfortunate for my bank account
