We have started dealing with ********************* and *********************** since March 2024, made our down payment of $33,666 and per contract at 50% of completion, made another payment on July 5. of $33,666, even though *********************** did not keep his 50% promise of project completion. Yesterday, August 6, I received a text from *********************** that their company, Tiny House Company is closing for business due to the price of labor and materials. Today, August 7, we were told that Tiny Homes Company took all the tiny homes that theyre building including our 1/4 done home. Now they have retained a bankruptcy lawyer. This really broke our heart. How can a human being be so uncaring of other people. Some of the people that weve seen in their lot are old people with hope of owning a home of their own but were taken advantage by ********************* and ***********************. Lets all get together and get what we deserve. A full refund of what we have paid and worked hard for.

********************* at the Tiny House Company took our money ($65k) to build a tiny home. His business partner then called us to inform us that ***** is embezzling all the clients' money and sent us copies of the bank statements to prove it. We immediately called *****, but he didnt answer our call. We called again, and he still didnt answer. We then left a voicemail. A few days later, ***** sent us an email stating that his business partner was actually stealing from him. Now, we dont know who to believe, nor should it matter. We still dont have our home. He did, however, tell us that hed provide a refund, but he never did. He also said hed build us another house, but he never did. Now, were concerned that were dealing with an unethical person, especially after reading about what he did with his businesses, ***************** LLC, and The Undetectables Movie, LLC. In both companies, the ****** said ***** lied and defrauded investors. In fact, the more we read about him making fake bank statements and bogus letters to make himself appear legitimate, the more apparent it becomes that he was stealing these people's money. In a quick ****** search I see a bunch of lawsuits against ****** like ******* vs ********************** vs *****, ******** vs ****** Cashcall vs *****, ********* vs ****** **************** vs ****** and they all have two things in common. 1) ********************* and 2) ***** lost all those cases and never paid any of those judgements.********************* currently owes us almost $100k, since his contract has a provision for attorney fees, the question is, when will we receive our money?

We purchased a tiny house back in December of 2023 from the tiny house company and paid the company cash for the tiny home and were told it would be 6 to 8 weeks. It's almost April 4 months later and now they are says two more weeks. It's been one excuse after another. Still no tiny house.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/26/2024

We are within a two weeks of completing the tiny home for the customer. We are in daily contact. There were several delays in January and February 2024 in the construction industry. Materials dried up and supplies that normally took a week to obtain took six weeks. That is the reason for the extended period. I have offered them, and they agreed to accept a $5,000 check from us at the time of delivery.

********************* of Tiny House Company *** took ****** of our families money and when he would not provide the tiny home, also won't refund our money and has completely ripped our family off, including several others. This man has a long history of theft and fraud, don't do business with him and he also stole money from the original owner of the company so she is suing him too!
