      I woke up this morning to an email from PayPal confirming my payment of $129.99 to Club Jenny, which I have never even heard of before today. I chatted with them to try to resolve the issue only to be told that I signed up for a free trial last month and they could not refund me. They suggested that I call ***************** I tried to sign into their website, but I didnt have an account with them. Im not sure how I was signed up for a subscription without an account, but I created one just to make sure it was canceled. It appears that the membership allows me to order their food. I dont order from meal services. I dont even purchase frozen meals due to food allergies and being a picky eater. **************** told me over the phone there was nothing they could do and then a supervisor called me back to again tell me they will not refund the money because I signed up for their subscription and I needed to dispute it with PayPal.

      When I received order *********** (A) On Saturday June 28, it was short several items. They do not work on the weekends so I could not notify them of this until the following Monday. One of the missing items were recharge bars which are essential to follow the program so I've had to take a few days off the program as a result. The order number referenced below is a no-charge shipment of the missing items. It is Thursday, and they STILL have not shipped it. I contacted them on Wednesday wanting to know when it would be shipped and was only told I would be notified when it was shipped so I said it would be nice if they would ship it that day. **** with whom I spoke promised to put in that request. However, today is Thursday and they STILL have not shipped it.

      I started a free trial of food delivery. We did not enjoy the cardboard food and I contacted the company to cancel. They canceled the food delivery autoship, but did not cancel the auto renewal of the trial. they did not tell me that there were two parts of this and so they went ahead and charged an auto renewal. This was deliberately misleading and unscrupulous. Buyer beware.

      On May 14th I ordered a 2-week Jenny Craig meal plan, which arrived on May 17th. It had auto delivery which could be "cancelled at any time". I received a reminder email from them on May 27th at 10:07pm confirming my next order. I cancelled it on May 28th at 7:30am by email, as per their instructions, before it got processed but received another email on May 29th saying the order was shipped! I called them and told them I had cancelled but was told it was too late to cancel. I informed them that the package will be returned to sender and they don't have permission to charge my credit card but they charged it anyway. I cancelled it before shipment and feel they acted in bad faith by processing it after I had cancelled. I expect a full refund to my credit card.

      I signed up with Jenny craig. After doing so I Found out I have diabetes. I discussed this with my health care provider and feels I should not eat processed food my numbers go up pretty high after eating their meals .I contacted Jenny Craig and they said there is nothing they can do. I asked to Be changed to Low carb *********** said They cant Do That. I spoke to a superior and *** said the same thing! So now Im stuck With the plan and Cant eat the food. I was told its diabetic Friendly! But Its not

      I have called this business several times to cancel and receive a refund because the food has given me an allergy as well as I have been told by my doctor I am unable to eat this particular food due to health issues. I am also moving due to the death of my husband and can no longer receive the shipments. However all of these reasons were unacceptable to the business they refuse to cancel my auto shipments. Blessings to be either a Ponzi scheme or a scam where they continue to debit your card and refuse to cancel. I am now requesting a refund. This business should not be allowed to continue when you are on the phone with them they refuse to accept that you want to cancel and just keep talking until you have no choice but to finally hang up the phone without a resolution.

      Prepaid for 8 weeks of food online. Plan was to include bars, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I opted for the anytime bars because I do not the recharge bar option they have available. I did not receive my bars. I called 3 times to rectify the issue and customer service reps insisted that I did not order bars. When order on the website there is no option to not order the bars. I know what I ordered and I would like for Jenny Craig to send me what I ordered.

      In the past I have dealt with the Jenny Craig Company and have lost weight on the food they gave me to eat. They went through bankruptcy but later came back to sell food again online to customers. I wanted to lose weight and started an 8 week program starting 2/5/2024 where I would pick out the food I wanted and would be delivered to me. I paid the total 8 week program cost at once on the first day that I signed up over the phone. I received food on the first week on 2/8/2024 that I had not chosen and called to complain. They apologized and later on 2/13/2024 received the food that I wanted. I began following the scheduled plan and ate, drank, and exercised regularly. i lost 3 pounds the first week but did not lose any more after that or in the following weeks. I followed the Jenny Craig health guidelines but was not warned that if I went through menopause it might not work. Menopause is NOT considered a medical condition or a medical disease or disorder. I was not warned that the lack of losing weight while going through this this natural condition would occur even after I ate all the sent food and followed the guidelines that I was told to by Jenny Craig. Because of this I would like a refund on the money I have given to l them even though I ate all the food sent to me over the 8 week program and followed the rules. I tried to cancel after my membership of the 8 week program had ended but because I could not get through to anyone I called my bank and cancelled the credit card that they had on file for me so that I would not be charged anymore.

      I order Jenny Craig and paid for 8 weeks to get 2 weeks shipment at a time. I just received my order not only it is not the food I picked there was opened food and there is broccoli all over the packages - food is opened its disgusting - I called to cancel and get a refund - the girl that answered the phone was laughing and said no refunds. I ordered less than 3 days ago I can cancel and you cant charge me for food I didnt receive the food. Refund me $930.17 immediately !!! No wonder this company went bankrupt !!! I have pictures of the damaged food and opened food !!!

      Received a Jenny Craig food shipment where the dry ice had exploded all over the food packaging. The packages were covered in sand like dry ice particles. I called Jenny Craig customer support only to be told that the food is stiil good and I should consume it. Again I explained that the dry ice was in the folds of the package. They will not replace the order and to eat it. I have been a loyal Jenny Craig member for 20 years. I expected better customer service. I think they should replace my order.
