      In the past I have dealt with the Jenny Craig Company and have lost weight on the food they gave me to eat. They went through bankruptcy but later came back to sell food again online to customers. I wanted to lose weight and started an 8 week program starting 2/5/2024 where I would pick out the food I wanted and would be delivered to me. I paid the total 8 week program cost at once on the first day that I signed up over the phone. I received food on the first week on 2/8/2024 that I had not chosen and called to complain. They apologized and later on 2/13/2024 received the food that I wanted. I began following the scheduled plan and ate, drank, and exercised regularly. i lost 3 pounds the first week but did not lose any more after that or in the following weeks. I followed the Jenny Craig health guidelines but was not warned that if I went through menopause it might not work. Menopause is NOT considered a medical condition or a medical disease or disorder. I was not warned that the lack of losing weight while going through this this natural condition would occur even after I ate all the sent food and followed the guidelines that I was told to by Jenny Craig. Because of this I would like a refund on the money I have given to l them even though I ate all the food sent to me over the 8 week program and followed the rules. I tried to cancel after my membership of the 8 week program had ended but because I could not get through to anyone I called my bank and cancelled the credit card that they had on file for me so that I would not be charged anymore.

      I order Jenny Craig and paid for 8 weeks to get 2 weeks shipment at a time. I just received my order not only it is not the food I picked there was opened food and there is broccoli all over the packages - food is opened its disgusting - I called to cancel and get a refund - the girl that answered the phone was laughing and said no refunds. I ordered less than 3 days ago I can cancel and you cant charge me for food I didnt receive the food. Refund me $930.17 immediately !!! No wonder this company went bankrupt !!! I have pictures of the damaged food and opened food !!!

      Received a Jenny Craig food shipment where the dry ice had exploded all over the food packaging. The packages were covered in sand like dry ice particles. I called Jenny Craig customer support only to be told that the food is stiil good and I should consume it. Again I explained that the dry ice was in the folds of the package. They will not replace the order and to eat it. I have been a loyal Jenny Craig member for 20 years. I expected better customer service. I think they should replace my order.

      I signed up and prepaid for 6 weeks of deliveries of food for my wife and myself. I understood it would only be 6 weeks with auto ship every 2 weeks. at the end of 6 weeks I recieved an email that another shipment was preparing for shipment.. I was surprised and immediately cancelled thru their web site. My wife then received an email that an order had shipped. I called Jenny Craig customer service to ask why an order was shipped that had been cancelled.. I was informed that I was enrolled in auto delivery every 2 weeks.. We disputed over the phone ay lemgth and the customer service supervisor said there was nothing he could do the order was shipped already and I would have to pay for this as they couldn't have the order returned. This is a SCAM I will not pay for something I didn't agree to have sent.

      12/27/23, they scammed me, a sr ******** saying in their ad to my email that EVERY shipment was free one time, then I went to pay on their website AFTER I paid $69 to join "A La Cart" and their site said my order didn't qualify and they charged $20 for a few items.

      Purchased Jenny Craig. There was an order scheduled to process on 12/11. The order has not processed and the company will not provide a refund for not delivering food.Their only offer has been to cancel my order altogether but they cannot give a refund, which means Ive already paid for something, and they have no problem canceling it. Not a good resolution. They have to deliver the product, otherwise I believe I am due a refund immediately. SCAM. Beware

      I contacted Jenny Craig saying I wanted to cancel my next shipment and all future orders. I had a pending charge on my bank account of $289. The representative told me that would disappear and the money would not be taken from my account. She gave me a confirmation number. They took the money anyway and delivered the product, but I was told they wouldnt. I called back and got repeatedly transferred and finally told that this was not something they could do. They would not take responsibility for giving false information or address my complaint any further.

      Summary: On 11/20/2023 I attempted to cancel an order of Jenny Craig food which I had not initially ordered and which I had also cancelled several days prior. The supervisor not only refused to refund or credit this order, but also questioned my intent of attempting to cancel the order!-On 11/17/2023, I received an email stating $284.99 had been charged to my account and that food (which I had not ordered) was being delivered. Accordingly, on 11/17/2023 I called Jenny Craig and cancelled this order with a customer service representative. The representative provided me with a cancellation confirmation number (***********). I also received an email confirming my successful cancellation. -Yet on 11/20/2023 I received an email again stating $284.99 had been charged to my account and the supposedly cancelled order (which I had not ordered in the first place!) was on its way again. I again called Jenny Craig and spoke with a representative, who attempted to work with his supervisor ... who refused to refund or credit the order and seemed to infer that I was attempting to work the system. Insult to injury!!!Note that all of this is about an order I had not requested in the first place! When I placed an initial, one-time order on their website I explicitly stated I did not want to participate in the auto-renewal program. I had ordered a two-week supply to see how the new Jenny Craig food and system operated. This has been extremely disappointing and saddening, as I had been a loyal Jenny customer for over twenty years. Plus I just purchased a Club Jenny membership for $59.00 when I spoke with the representative on 11/17, and given this debacle I am now reluctant to attempt to use it. I have never before disputed a credit card charge nor submitted a BBB complaint, yet here I am.

      The company did not disclose its affliation with nutrisystem. The food is the exact same food, coming from the same warehouse as nutrisystem. The nutrisystem food program did not work for me. Had I know it was the same program, I would have never ordered Jenny Craig's food. This is false advertising and very misleading.

      I started the program sometime in January and paid over $200 for the year; about 3 months later the business closed down. I recently found out they are under new management and will be re-opening. I called ************* spoke to a rep told her what happened, and she said no refunds will be done. ******* also told me they have no way to see my previous account. I do not think it is right that I paid for a year and got only 3 months. I want my $200 back. This is unfair and needs to be corrected. They should have told me when I signed up that they were closing! I would have never paid for a year!!
