    If I could give them no stars that would be my rating, their website says easy returns. No they are anything but easy. In the timeframe alloted for returns with tags and original packaging they have offered me $18, $25, $36 and now $50 I paid $80.43. I want to return the items purchased through ******. I am beyond frustrated and will never order anything from them.Take my advice save yourself the aggravation, don't use this company!! Cheap material and sizes are not accurate

    The most horrible experience ever. Purchased 2 dresses for $90 and they did not fit. They offered me $8, then $16 then $45 for return refund, after constant emailing back and forth. I sold the dresses on my own. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR THIS COMPANY. You will be sorry if you need to return.

    Ordered a sweater that was different than the picture shown. It doesnt fit properly and is a different color. I tried to return it. **************** offered me $8. Do not buy from this company!

    The color advertised was red but orange came-refused return/refund. The packaging was unopened. The customer service department seemed like an insurance company denying a claim. I would suggest finding another vendor-they are deceptive in their business.

    Ordered dress from them on November 6. It arrived on November 22 and was way too big. I emailed asking about an exchange. They said they did not do exchanges but I could keep the larger address. Send them another $16 and the smaller size. Almost January and nothing has happened even though I repeatedly emailed asking about the exchange.

    Ordered a cute outfit..arrived yesterday (11/28/24) and looked like a cheap replica of what was modeled. No refunds. The pages where they advertise products say money back guaranteed! Nope..on another page that you really have to look for says refunds only for damaged products. Its a joke. Dont order from this company!

    Would not reccommend ordering from this site/company. I ordered a dress and blouse. Both items were too small and ill fitting. I tried to return them the next day but it is impossible. The return option puts you to the shipping company and there is no returns allowed. Would not reccommend using this company.

    Not US product, clothing comes from *****. Tried to return 2 items around ***** they want to refund ***** and ask me to keep the clothing. Very dissatisfied

    ****** learned - read reviews and research everything before you try to buy something! I couldn't even get any help through their "service line" without a $5 fee up front and $55 monthly membership, just for them to send a form asking for help in obtaining help! I am out $117.97, unless my credit card company is willing to bail me out of my stupidity. As I ************* learned. **********
