      Received 3 items. One was too small and low quality and the other two were low quality. I never even tried them on. I decided to send them back. I clicked on return and went to the website they suggested. The first time I got an email saying there was no such web site. I then looked up RYABE and found a site to send an email. I saidn( wanted to return my order. I got and email saying they would send $28 dollars of I kept the order. I replied I wanted to send the whole order back. Next I got an email saying if they refunded me $56 dollars would I keep my order. I replied NO. Waiting for them to reply. This company is crooked.

      I purchased a dress which wad not goid quality snd the fit was strange I simply wsnt to return the merchandise to get a full refund if $58.98. I have sent numerous emails as well as opening a case with paypay providing documentation they never responded but was told I had 30 days to return

      Purchases clothing that took forever to receive. Once I did, it was not as described and not even made in the *** as the website claims. Every piece was poorly made and funky sized. Very disappointed. AND THEN when asked about returning because of how unhappy I was - I was met with 2 return messages still making me pay $85..01 out of $198.94 when I want a full refund and return all of these clothes. Its awful! I wont wear these clothes. I dont understand. They need to be shutdown!

      Purchased 2 blouses June 9, 2024 from Crigne.com. Received the two blouses June 26, 2024.The blouses do not fit. I ordered according to their size chart. There is not way for a refund The link for help/support on the webpage does not work in Safari browser which tells me it is bogus. See below. This above link is bogus. There is no contact phone number on the Crigne.com webpage and their help/support link does not work/cannot be found. Says made in **************, ***. Doubt that.The advertisement for Crigne.com came in on my ************* page.

      I purchased 3 swimsuits on Crigne.com on May 29, 2024. After a 2 week waiting period, I contacted them to find out why my order had not been processed. They stated that one of the swim suits was not "ready" and agreed to send the 2 that were ready and refund me for the third. Once I received the 2 suits, they were very poor quality, color was not what I ordered and the sizing was incorrect. I read their return/exchange policy and contacted them for a refund. They refused to refund me and offered me $12 to keep the items. I refused, so they offered me $26. I refused. They said I could send the items back to ***** and that I must pay for shipping.. Their website clearly states that they are an ****************** and that all items are made and shipped in the ***. Then, why do I have to pay for shipping to *****??? The package that they shipped the swim suits to me in has a return address of ************ and their website says they are based in **************. The packages the suits came in clearly state "Made in *****."

      I placed an order for clothes on May 31 for ******. I received an email that they received my order but I have not received an email saying it shipped and after multiple attempts to contact them I get no response. I believe they are scammers. I cant find a phone number to call them.

      At the end of May I had placed an order for 2 different pants suits from Crigne a company I found through ********* On May 29th I received a email indicating they have my order. Order confirmation number *********** was sent from customertocare. When my order came in the color was off which I didnt really like but tried it on. I order a S and M not sure which one would fit. The small fit on the top but the crotch hung down to almost my knees. So I tried 3 days to receive a shipping number to return both items or how to go about returning as there was nothing in my packages as to how to return. I did find a place on line that I had to answer a few questions but then they through me into a website where I had to pay $1 or $29 per month wiith personal information which I would get back my $1 but had to cancel the monthwithin a given amount of time. No personal contact with the company.
