5 starsI have a DJI Air 3 drone which I crashed completely my fault, I called DJI to see if I could return it for repairs they paid for the return. The fees they charged me to fix it were unbelievably reasonable and also did not charge shipping to return it to me, very good customer ********************** thank you.Review fromJ. V.

Purchased a DJI mini Pro 4 from ******* and bought the warranty plan with it. Now *** is claiming a shortage and only supplies their own website. So even though have protection on my purchase Best buy can no replace it because they have no drones in stock in the entire country. When I called DJI to complain they lied to me and told me that they are aware of the issue and Just mail it to them and they would honor it and fix the issue. I mailed it to them and once they got it they tried to charge me all kinds of money to fix it. Blamed all the issues on me. every time I asked to speak to someone higher they claimed all supervisors are in ***** and they would have to call me back. After many request I have never been Called. Please stay away from this company. They def dont back their products. Now I have to go back to bestbuy to get a refund. I hope they Drop DJIDJI Service LLC

Thank you for your Prewritten response that offers no solutions or any accountability. OF course I didn't get any emails and calling the support line is useless because it just a call center of people who have no authority to fix any issues. I placed an order and I changed my mind on my order with in 15 min. I go to cancel it and they refused to they told me it was in the warehouse and they can cancel it. They didn't. they let it get shipped out to the shipping to there spot in ***** and yet still refused to stop shipping. Then after getting into the states they STILL refused to cancel it I had to take the day off from work and cancel it because *** told me that I couldn't refuse this order and I had to stay home and tell his deliver driver that I will NOT be taking that package and to send it back to whatever... I sent in my DJI Avata 2 to be replaced as it is under their warranty. I noticed cracking on the frame after a maiden flight on two of the s**** housings next to the gimbal. I sent in clear pictures of the issue. The data analysis team reviewed my flight logs I sent them and determined I had a piloting error causing an impact, which is absolutely ridiculous. I flew manually and landed manually on artificial turf. Whatever impact that was recorded was most likely due to my landing because there is impact when you land and the team is using this as an excuse to neglect the warranty. The pictures clear depict the problem. One if I had crashed, I would have specified it. Got it don't trust anyone. Secondly, if there was a crash (and there wasn't) don't you think there would be way more damage to the aircraft such as cracked ducts, scratches, scuffs, gimbal misalignment etc. The aircraft is spotless minus my issue. All I want is *** to honor the warranty and send me a new unit so that I can get back to flying.DJI Service LLC

Ordered the mini 3 and when it arrived I had to sign up for their app so I tried the free 3 day tial. After finding out the drone didn't work I canceled the membership the next day. At the end of the 3 day trial they still charged my card. Beginning the steps now to get my money back. Just want to make others aware and hopefully save someone some grief.DJI Service LLC

Every 1 star review here is 100% true. This company is a scam. They sent me a broken drone and are making me wait weeks for them to inspect it before sending me a new one. They are holding my money hostage and continuously lie on the phone over and over again. They have told me multiple times they will do something, and then continuously go back on their word. They are obviously hiring out some third party call center for all their customer support because these people barely speak English and do not have an ounce of human emotion. This company is a fraudulent, scam of a business and they need to be investigated. For a company where you are shelling out hundreds if not thousands of dollars, their customer support is a JOKE. Horrible first off my drone lost connection on a clear day and was synced up perfectly. I asked for a price on repair yall straight up lied about the incident to not cover a full refund by saying the battery was overheating which I know is a lie because first off I disconnected my phone and data by mistake and ended up not being able to provide you any data of the event so I emailed you my side of the story and you pulled some story from no where out the blue without any data from the drone. I honestly wouldnt have even minded giving yall money for a repair if you was just honest but the fact you lied about what happened to not cover a replacement. I want no Business with you and others shouldnt buy a single thing from you. I have just returned the drone through Amazon now two months later and you havent even bothered to give me a dime back for it still. I dont want the drone but you stole my money!DJI Service LLC

after owning two dji drones i've learned that dji is garbage. their drones are nothing but a constant source of frustration. success at getting one up and running is the exception, not the rule. after putting up with constant error messages my drones are now landfill. the support is nonexistent; in fact my drone doesn't even exist according to dji's website. i'm only writing this to warn anyone from making the same expensive mistake i made. one star is one star too many.DJI Service LLC

I bought a pair of DJI Integra goggles. Those goggles had an issue with the battery after the first flight.. DJI replaced them.. I get the replacement goggles in, and during the first flight they heat up around the ** card slot, and cause a 2nd degree burn on my forehead.. (the ** slot is inside the goggle between the eyes).. I sent the goggles back to DJI along with pictures detailing what had happened.. they examined them, and found damage on the main board, at fault of the center plate within the goggle.. they admit fault, in writing.. I bought the original goggles 2 months ago, *** has had them in their hands for OVER a month of that time.. i've talked to a few attorneys, but I don't have funds to even begin that process.. they refuse to compensate me for the burn caused by their product.. and are basically holding my goggles hostage until I agree to no compensation.. what a c*** company, horrible customer **********************, horrible customer relations, riddled with copy and paste responses... I recommend looking else where to spend your moneyDJI Service LLC

I ordered an dji mini 4 pro ND filters set from their website on October 2nd and should've it on October 10. The package went missing and they didn't give me a refund. Its October 24 now and where's the item that I ordered? On top of that they sent me a bunch of emails promoting to buy some of their new gadgets. I would never buy from their online site again.
