  This company is a scam, I have two orders amounting to $160.00 in Aug of 2024 and never received any of the items. I was always told that the items were in the warehouse ready to ship. Phone calls and emails were always ignored and it seems I'm out the money. Do not purchase anything from this website its a scam.

  This is a scam website.I ordered a used forklift from this website. They charged me $1961. Then told me they didn't have it in their warehouse.They never responded to my request for a refund. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received any refund.

  I ordered a Heavy Duty 12-Roller Conveyor Table Stand RS38-12 70-55/64'' on 6/18/24 for my work. The item cost $146.69 while the shipping cost is $193.05. Something is wrong here but I was so dumb to realize it. Up until 7/11/24, I still haven't heard from them. So I called their customer service number and sent an email to their customer service email to seek for an answer. Someone named ********* answered my call saying she didn't see anything. She'll contact her shipping department to get an update (hmm after almost a month, she didn't see any update on my order...not good.) A few days later, I received email from her saying the same thing. "Currently, we're awaiting the latest update from our warehouse regarding the order. Our team is actively following up on this to ensure that your request are processed and will update as soon as possible." So I responded to her email saying if I don't receive the item by the end of the week (7/19/24), then I'll dispute with my credit card company to withdraw the money (they charged my card as soon as I placed the order while a legit company mostly won't charge your card until they're ready to ship.) Well, I received another generic email from ********* again "Thank you for your request. We have sent your request to our shipping department. We apologize for the inconvenience as we moved our warehouse, and our inventory and systems were not communicating. We hope to have your item out as soon as possible. Once your item ships, an email with tracking number will be sent to you." I can tell these are just bot answering email. They are scammers for sure.

  Toollots, rpmhardware and ****** tools are all owed by the same owner as I just find out. I have gotten the worst service, customer service from these companies that I have ever dealt with ever placing an orders online. I Placed a order over a month ago from tool lots and the order still did not ship out after 3 weeks so I cancelled the order over a week ago and still do not see the credit back on my credit card. I Called the customer service department and after being on hold for over 25 min I was hung up on from the representative, after calling back a the second time and waiting another 20 min the person tells me it could be up to 4 weeks to get my money back. In the mean time I ordered the tool from RPMhardware not knowing at the time they are the same company, I was told I would have the tool in 1 week. It is now 3weeks later and still no shipping info.Do your self a favor, do not buy from any of these 3 companies, look there reviews up on line and the better business bureau, you will find out for yourself they are not good to do business with.Update today is may 7. I have been calling since they opened this morning, at least a dozen times. I wait on hold for over 30 min someone pick up the phone does not say anything for about 4 min and then hangs up. I guess if your moving you should not be taking ordered at this time, and telling customers they will have there product on a certain date and 4 weeks later still dont have the product. This company should be closed up from the the state of ********** with all the negative reviews all over the internet. It is a disgrace.

  I purchased my commercial fridge on 4/4/24 for the amount of $1359.18. I received a tracking number through Bestovernight express. When I click on the tracking number it showed nothing. I contacted Bestovernight and they told me to contact toolots because they havent received anything from them. As I contact Toolots 4/30/24 the status department seem to be picking up but no one is talking on their end. I hang up and call again 3 consecutive times. I decided to press 1 for the sale department to transfer me to a supervisor but the sale representative direct me back to the status department. No one answer. I would like my refund or I will take this to a small court claim. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please do not order from this company.

  Terrible company to buy from, you have to jump through hoops to get anyone to help you out. As an entrepreneur and business owner I have no desire to do business with these people again and I will make sure to let my customers and business partners to avoid this place as well.

  They are the worst. Took my money and said it was shipped 4 weeks ago. I received my order from ***** that I ordered the same day already. They keep saying it was shipped and they won't answer the phone and keep hanging up on you. They are liars.

  The one word that describes Toolots best is "SCAM" because they'll take your money and, if you're lucky, you MIGHT get what you ordered but, more likely, it'll NOT be what you ordered or, more likely, you won't get anything at all. I needed a simple 12 V DPDT switch and I saw they had the exact one that I needed (to fix my wife's mobility van) so I first created an account, gave them all my mailing information so they'd know where to send it then bought the thing. I should have gotten a purchase confirmation email from them but after two days, nothing. I called the number FOUR TIMES to talk to "customer assistance and was CONSISTENTLY LIED TO. One even told me I hadn't created an account even when I HAD PROOF OF IT so I called my bank, contested the purchase, told my bank to block toolots from accessing my bank and changed my ATM card so they won't be taking any more money from me! To h*** with those scammers SHUT THEM DOWN! GET THEM GONE!
