              Company called me an idiot and multiple threats because I wanted to cancel an order that wasnt shipping out in promised time. Company stated: you could have had the part faster from us nan anywhere, but now you won't - just because you decided to be an idiot. Trustpilot? If you looked at every website you buy from on Trust Pilot, you'll notice only crazies leave reviews. *******% of our customers never leave one because they are perfectly happy. Then there are ones like you who don't know what business days are a get upset and start acting like little child having tantrums. Well this child isn't going to get what he wants here I will attach everything in photos below with the interaction with this company.

              Thu 5/9/2024 4:20 PM Let them know what? That you are a petulant child throwing a tantrum? Because you sent an a****** email and got a reply in the same tone of your email? Sure, let them know. We'll cancel your order. Your email address is blocked as Spam and from ordering in the future.Good luck.I didn't see that it was back ordered. What did I expect to hear about it, wow that is pretty s***** response. Cancel it all. I will get with paypal and let them know. Sounds like you are askingabout your orderWhat did you expect to hear about it?As our website clearly indicated at the time of purchase, there were several items you ordered that were and still are on backorder.If you like, we can cancel the backordered items and ship the rest of the order. Otherwise we will ship the order once all the items are available.You can also check your order status on our website anytime.Thank you
