Working with Tri Counties Bank as a new member and feel like they steal money because $40 dollars came up missing from my checking account! More than once it was like for about one year! Tri Counties is a fraud all because non citizens work there! If I was in my younger years I would let all people know we the people vs non citizens how California really works! I am not a punk or a punk a** citizen stealing from another family! I mean who writes up something against there own will? Talk is cheap and I feel like a Tri Countues is one of them!

I am an elderly person, decades of experience in healthcare, and roughly six+ years of experience working in banks, due to the opportunities provided to me from my late father. Since I have had to come out of retirement and go back to work, since roughly November 2022, I have been very busy and trying to stay on top of everything. In this period of time and this time since November of 2022, I paid in full via my checking account and ACH payments to ****** ********** store, roughly 5 to 6 ? payments that equaled roughly $500, all of these payments coming out of my TRI Counties checking account. It came as a big surprise to me that Lowes ********** store did not receive any of these payments. I am now using a debt consolidation company for cc. Debt.. but on THREE different occasions, twice on the 800, telephone number, and once with one of your staff in the branch in *******, ***** I have gotten a breakdown of these transactions, and told Tri Counties Bank what happened. But, It was only yesterday, that I thought to myself without any input from Tri Counties Bank, at the very least, my checking account shouldve been closed in a new one shouldve been opened. I know I dont have a balance of $50,000, $100,000, I do have a mortgage with you and perhaps Im just not that valuable of a customer, I have no idea.. but I do know what good banking is, and this is poor banking. I am an elderly person. I do not know how to trace this, but I guess Ill just start at the beginning. Service is the only thing that any business has to sell, and this includes Tri Counties Bank. Thank you for listening. *************************

My wife and I go into the bank on friday. she is denied service for cashing her check, and we are told to come back money because it will be fixed. we come back today to add her to my account, and it is still not fixed. we are told we should have came in on FRIDAY and they would have cashed it for us. the chico branch lied to me when I set up the account, and I am just tired of being lied to all the time and having s***** customer service all the time. first it was covid. now it is excuses and lies over and over again. I am about to close my account.... but let me guess I cannot do that right now. this bank is a joke. Lies: 1. you can have your money right when you open your account. 2. yes you can have a secure password. 3. you can easily transfer your local bank location. 4. we just have modified hours for a for the next few months "understandable" 5. we will go back to normal working hours when covid is under control 6. lied about not being able to cash my wife's check 7. lied about being able to cash my wife's check
