1 starI will tell you about an experience that we had. We ordered 2 jacuzzi showers. The 1st one went in like a dream so I ordered another one…a mistake! We gave them a down payment of $6,000.00 in February for the installation to happen on the 1st week of June. I received a call a couple of days prior to the installation date to inform me that they had broken the pan and it would have to be delayed by 4 weeks. Prior to them breaking the pan, I received a phone call at least once a week to find out if I had any questions. After the call regarding the broken pan, they did not contact me once. Expecting them to honor the 4 week time frame, I called on July 5th to ask where my order was. After talking to several people in “customer service” they said they would have to contact another person not in there facility and the will contact me, which did not happen. So I called several more times only to find out that they didn’t have any order for me, so in essence they had lost my order. So, I said cancel it and return my $6,000.00. They agreed that they would do that around the 7th or eighth of July and it would be returned to my credit card in 7 to 10 days. No money on the 21st, so I contact them again to let them know that this is ridiculous and I want my money so the service rep asked me if I would hold while she checks on it. So then the manager of that department gets on the phone and says it is Saturday and they don’t work on the weekends in that department. So….I would bet they will not contact me on Monday either, so I will contact them again and if no resolution I will contact my attorney and begin a law suit. 1 starI wish I'd seen these reviews before spending $8K on a new Jacuzzi hot tub. The lounger jets stopped working correctly a month after installation. The dealer did not install the filters-I noticed them floating in the filter cage! They have not repaired the poorly functioning jets and they have not responded to my complaint letter. Jacuzzi co. does not reply to customer support emails, the support phone person does not do what they said they would do and the tub still doesn't work correctly months later. This is terrible customer service and a huge disappointment. We bought a Jacuzzi because we thought it was a good brand. The tub is very nice and most of it works great, but there has to be good customer service and repair too. If there was a 'zero' star, that's what I would have chosen in this review. 1 starI just need a little tiny spare part................. just the little plastic label with the company name which is glued in the spa............ and so I made a contact to Jacuzzi. I got a mail with a case number and the information that an agent will take care and that I can give additional information by answering the mail. Well, I remind them 3-times and until today (since 6 weeks) no answer. This is for sure a very bad customer service.Review fromGregory A. B

After reading the below reviews I’ve noticed they are spot on. No customer service from jacuzzi other than a nasty woman with Kurt responses. I also purchased from Namco in Ct. zero service I have been out off for months and months. Finally hired a local repair person to fix my recall of temp sensor. The d service rating wish I knew. Buy a master spa no issues for 15years. My j series jacuzzi has been in operable 8 of the 12 months I own it. After reading this my name is Gregory berkowitz real estate agent Long Island my I’d be happy to start a class action suit for the manufacturer and dealer. Was unable to post contact here look me up. Any one reading this contact me. As for jacuzzi don’t leave a lame response that you’re sorry we already know you’re sorry and pathetic. A 24,000 dollar paper weight.Jacuzzi Hot Tub

Lights not working on delivery. Several visits until fixed. First snow went to use hot tub. 31 outside temp of water 98 set at 102. Heater reaches 102 when mild outside not cold when you need it. Had a master spa for 20 years. Loved it, hate this waste of moneyJacuzzi Hot Tub

Never buy a jacuzzi!! Bought an upscale jacuzzi hot tub one year ago. . It is over heating and not useable. Nameco ( store of purchase! Has been unable to schedule service appt for unclear reasons. They just jerk us around claiming they can’t reach the single available scheduler who may be out sick for an indeterminate time. . Waiting almost 3 weeks just to schedule appt. Called Jacuzzi corporate. They are nasty and useless!!! Refusing to arrange service. They apparently reached out to dealer via email with no response either and will not arrange for service directly, For an upscale, expensive product from an allegedly reputable company. I expect decent service. I would avoid this company at all costs!Jacuzzi Hot Tub

We purchased a Jacuzzi J-495 in November 2021 and it was installed in January 2022. October 2022, the hot tub displayed an "open flush valve" error and began pouring water all over the patio- gallons per minute. We had to shut off the spa from the control panel to stop the water flow. When we were unable to get ahold of the dealer to get service scheduled, I tried calling Jacuzzi directly. They told me that they were unable to assist as the dealer was the only service provider in the area. I was also informed that Jacuzzi would not cover any damage if the water froze so they recommended putting a space heater in the front panel if the temperatures would drop below freezing. Had I known that I would have no options for service, I would not have purchased this $25K hot tub and instead bought another brand that had more options. Pathetic customer service- research your options before you purchase. If you have an issue, you will likely be stuck with no support.Jacuzzi Hot Tub

I purchased a J-495 jacuzzi. The top controller unit was replaced twice and now it is broken a third time. The waterfall lights stopped working and were replaced twice. The company does not provide assistance to the buyers they only support the certified dealers. …Well the dealers in my area for 100 miles do not like dealing with them either. They don’t get paid from Jacuzzi. None of them will warrant the replacement if it is out of the factory warranty time frame because Jacuzzi will place nice with them. We had dealers outright turn us down. Total waste of money and time. I would have been better to go with a cheaper spa unit and by two more for backup than for the price that I for this pile of junk. You think with the name and price that it would be quality with service after, but that is not the case with Jacuzzi.Jacuzzi Hot Tub
