1 starIm very upset with the quality of the metal used to make your stainless steel grills having purchased my grill only 5 years ago and the entire bottom of the grill is rusted out and collapsing. I keep this grill covered year round unless using it and the metal still rusted out. Called customer service and learned my warranty only good for one year and it doesnt cover rust. Needless to say I wont be buying another nexgrill again until I know the quality of the metal is better.Review fromJoshua N

There will be a bot that follows my review encouraging me to contact them directly to generate the perception that they give a s*** Do not fall for it. They are not a grilling company. They are a revenue generating company that has not a clue about anything grilling related, selling cheaply manufactured fireboxes for the sole purpose of generating revenue and providing no grilling whatsoever.This metal container is poorly manufactured, nothing about the entire structure could be mistaken for even intending to line up, with huge gaps and mis-matched edges, the only way these parts could be even more disjointed is if I grabbed a few parts from a Char-griller, a few parts from a '67 mustang, and some scrap metal I found at a junk yard and tried to hot-glue it all together. It's as if I asked an AI art-generator to "design me a smoker, but make it ****** up." The *moment* you add fire to this heap of scrap metal anything resembling paint will instantly burst into flames and burn off of it, and lead the entire heap of s*** to instantly rust into an unrecognizable scrap. If you are dumb enough to try and actually cook on it you'll find the far right side will be about a billion degrees and the far left side will be just above freezing, producing the miraculous result of your meat being both burned and raw at the same time. Located dead center of this monstrosity is a thermostat which will tell you the temperature you wish this piece of s*** was at.The fire box is *just* big enough to hold a steaming pile of s*** just large enough to describe this wannabe smoker.The main smoker chamber comes with no drainage whatsoever so that the miniscule amounts of fat that does miraculously manage to render off at room temperature can collect at the bottom and stew bacteria back up into your ice-cold meat to make double certain you s*** yourself and die.The reason they call it "nexgrill" is because as soon as you use it you will be shopping fo ryour next grill.Nexgrill Industries

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, have a 2 burner table top bbq that gets fire under the valve assembly, have tried to get parts for months and still nothing, should have taken it back to ****** the minute a problem was evident, at that time apparently parts were not available, I have always had excellent service from *** companies but nexgrill forget it. If zero stars was available, I would give it. I received a 4-burner flat grill as a gift for Christmas of 2022. I registered the grill shortly after Christmas, I did not have a receipt, but I got the date purchased from the person that gave me the grill for the grill registration. The grill had been working fine until Oct. 1, 2023, when the regulator failed. I changed Propane tanks and got the same results, regulator not working properly. I called Nexgrill for a warranty on the regulator, and because I didn't have the paper receipt the grill was not under warranty. I went ahead and ordered a new regulator, (what good is a grill if you can't use it). What good is it to register a product if they won't stand by their warranty. I'm glad I didn't spend my money on the grill. I will not buy any Nexgrill products in the future.Nexgrill Industries

Purchased grill 6/11/23 from Home Depot. Received grill 6/15/23 fully assembled.. use the grill on 6/18/23, and noticed shortly after, the entire black coating on the grill, upper and lower, back and sides was peeling apart. The entire grill is peeling apart. I reported it and contacted customer service and all they could say to me is: Dear Jennifer, I have heard back from management concerning your grill. Unfortunately, because it is still within 60 days, you must return it back to the retailer. I apologize for any inconvenience. Now that has to be the worse customer service ever. I spend $500 on a grill and this is happening. Let alone, it’s been used and now you want me to figure out how to get it to the store for a return. That’s some crap. Home Depot delivered it because I have no means of transportation, and they assembled so I would not have too. This is awful!Nexgrill Industries

The customer recently contact the parts dept to make a complaint on the grill product stating the grill is peeling and wants a new grill. As manufacture we provide replacement parts. Since stated the whole grill and customer recently purchase the customer is within her return policy to refund product for a refund or exchange with the retailer store. I will have our claims dept contact customer to see what other assistance we can provide to get her case resolved.

Louie from NexGrill definitely went over and beyond to assist me with resolving this issue. I spoke with him on 7/16 to let him know I had spoken with Home Depot and we were able to coordinate the swap of grills. I was actually able to receive it earlier than expected. Louie has communicated throughout this process and definitely made me feel like an appreciated customer. Along with this Hampton, VA Home Depot store. Originally it came from the Newport News, VA location. However both Hampton Depot, and Nexgrill made it so I would be happy and without stressing out. So thank you !Review fromDonald C

1 starNexgrill Industries is company servicing warranty issues with the Jenn-Air Grills sold at Lowe's in 2007. The model 720-0336 grill had a lifetime warranty for all stainless parts of the grill. The grill now has a hole burnt through the burner bowl. Nexgrill no longer makes this part for the grill and refuses to offer a reasonable settlement to cover the cost of a new grill. Other parts for the grill are also no longer available from Nexgrill, however I have been able to find them available from other suppliers. So the Jenn-Air Grill model 720-0336 originally had a lifetime warranty but Nexgrill has decided to not honor that warranty.
