      I ordered two items from Myprotein on February 6th. I received an email saying they were delivered and there would be a card saying where the package was left. There was no package at my home and no card saying where it was placed. I reached out to say I had not received and they told me they would start an investigation into it. Its now almost July and I still have no resolution. When I ask for an update they tell me there is an investigation and to message again in 3-5 business days. I get the same automated response every time. I am just looking for a refund at this point!

      Was charged for a subscription I didn't know I still had open on their website, so I immediately went on and emailed them for a cancellation/refund before the product gets packed so I can get refunded, and they won't have to incur paying for shipping for the refund (if it does get shipped).Not only did they refuse to cancel the order, but they refused to pay for return shipping. After I tried canceling it VERY early. It's just malicious practice that they would force a product to be shipped like that and to try and influence people to keep it, so they keep the profit. It's just malicious practice.

      -Transaction 5/3/2024 -$159.68 -Committed to provide a 11lb bag of protein powder in the flavor chocolate smooth, with 200 servings, and 120 calories per serving. -Dispute is that they didn't provide what I paid for or advertised. As seen in the photos provided, I was given 2-5.5lb bags or protein powder in the flavor chocolate smoothie, with a combine of 158 servings, and 120 calories per serving.-I've given the company multiple chances through their customer service to make some sort of correction and they continue to spin/ask questions despite being given the order, what they have on their website and what I received.-Order number ********* -All over their website. Go to myprotein.com, go to protein, select Impact Whey Isolate and then view the image of what I received.

      On January 22, ************************************************** chat to remove a discount code so that I could receive a larger discount as a refund. I removed all discounts that I was able to as instructed and have not received the refund after contacting the business five separate times. I was defrauded out of the original discount, about $50, and have not received the $106.20 that I was promised. I even would accept store credit to the same account.

      My Protien's website has a page realted to how they go above and beyond testing products: ********************************************************************* for them on Labdoor you can only find 3 specific products that are testing in 2022, not 2023 or 2024. I reached out to myprotien twice via online contact form to request the testing for the pea protien isolate and even asked for the prior year in case they do not have it for 2024 yet. Both inquiries were responded to saying my request has gone to their investigations team and were CLOSED OUT without any actual response. I tried to call the number provided on the website and got a recoreding saying the number is no longer in use. They CANNOT provide evidence that their products are safe to comsume! BEWARE

      I received Myprotein Soy Protein Isolate - Vanilla Chai - 2.2lbs (***) with the seal broken. I sent customer service a message on 11/24/2023 about the issue with the product. I provided pictures and all of the information they asked for. They asked for the same information multiple times. 12/11/2023 was the last day I got a reply saying they were looking into why it was taking so long. The ticket was then closed with no resolution. I opened another ticket on 2/2/2024. I have been told multiple times that it would be 3-5 business days while they looked into the matter. It has now been ******************************************************************************************* a product that was not sealed.

      My granddaugher *************************** ordered a protein powder that is added to milk for her son and used my ************ credit card. The amount of ***** was charged to my credit card but the product ordered was never shipped to her house. Her address is **************************************************************. She tried contacting this company and the customer service phone number is never in service, as I ************************* tried to contact them also. I want my money returned to my credit card or the product shipped as ordered. The address I got from their web site is *******************************************.

      On 10/26/23, 5:31 PM An order was created without my consent. I did have a stored payment on this website. However I did not what so ever order these items. They are also charged in two transactions to me that seems fishy because I would have been flagged if the purchase was one sum of that value instead. It was two smaller purchases so my credit card company did not alert me. I have been trying to arrange a refund with this company but they do not have an active phone number. I also set up a collections with them through ****** They gave me a shipping label. ***** did pick up the packages from my work which I have on video surveillance footage. I have pictures of the packages. I have the tracking number and have the paid postage slip from ****** ***** did collect it and it is in the ************** and it's been sitting in customs since November 20th. It's awaiting instructions from the importer which is myprotein the company. I've contacted them through customer service 15 different times and they keep giving me the same message saying an investigation has been launched. It's a different customer service rep every time and has been no resolution whatsoever at all and it is still sitting in customs with ****** I'm going to also pick up where I left off with discover and try to flag this as a fraud payment and try to get my money back that way. But I'm also going this route because I feel like this is something they probably have done to several people. I would never order over $1,000 worth of unflavored protein at random. That's enough to last a lifetime. I have ordered from them in the past very few times but quite a while ago. I've now been accruing interest from my discover credit card. This is completely out of hand and I have gotten absolutely no further with them through all the customer service conversations back and forth hundreds of them. I attached six different pictures of proof showing tracking info and purchase info from the carrier and the company.

      I bought 3 bags of the impact whey protein but the nutritional information advertised in their website is different from the one in the bag itself. It appears that they do this to make the product seem better than what actually is. The protein per serving is lower, it contains twice the amount of fat and higher carbs. I reached out and brought it to their attention but they havent make any changes on their website to prevent further misleading consumers. They also have made the return process difficult for me despite their claim We want all of our customers to enjoy their products, so if youre not happy with your order you can send it back to us.I sent an email and I was told I would be contacted by their quality assurance team but nobody has reached out.My order # is:538907136

      I ordered protein online carrier (Pandion) left my package on lobby on top of mailboxes even though i wrote special instruction which is do not put on top of mail box so my order got stolen i tried to contact with myprotein it took days because they holding on line forever i wait 10 hours just speak with someone and it wasnt really heplful they wont replace or doing refund
