      I ordered protein online carrier (Pandion) left my package on lobby on top of mailboxes even though i wrote special instruction which is do not put on top of mail box so my order got stolen i tried to contact with myprotein it took days because they holding on line forever i wait 10 hours just speak with someone and it wasnt really heplful they wont replace or doing refund

      Myprotien was running a special promotion where if you spent over X amount of dollars you would receive a 2.2 pound bag of protein powder, a value of $65, for just $10. I made an order just to get this deal however the item was missing from my order despite being added to my cart and paid for. I contacted support and they said the item was out of stock but would ship when back in stock. Because of this I used the other products and a month later they contact me saying the item was still out of stock and would be canceled. I contacted support and said that I would not have placed my order in the first place if not for this special promotion and they offered me just $10 credit. I told them I did not want the credit and wanted them to either honor the promotion of the item or a simulator item. They said they could not and would also not accept a refund on the other products since its been more than a month. Very shady business tactic to 1. Not inform me the item was out of stock prior to shipment and only tell me when I contacted them saying it was missing. 2. Lie about it being shipped to me in the future. And 3. Not accept a refund as I wouldnt have placed the order originally if not for the promotion I did not receive.

      I see, firstly I am sorry for the inconvenience caused, however, with regard to this matter, we do require the customer to contact us directly due to data and security protocol as we are not able to access the account without their information provided from them directly.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I did contact the business and they have since sent me on a long drag of promises with no follow through. They told me Id receive a refund which I never did, told me Id hear from the billing department which I never did, told me I could place a new order and theyd refund my card, rather than just send me the product directly, however I am hesitant to do so now with the lack of follow through on the previous promises they made.

      I ordered the Impact Whey concentrate (unflavoured) on July 3. On MyProtein’s website, this item’s description clearly and explicitly advertises that it contains 21g protein per scoop. This is the reason I ordered it, because I thought I was getting a deal. However, the nutrition label on the pack delivered to me indicates that a scoop only contains 19g of protein. This is BLATANTLY false advertising. See attached screenshot, taken from their website on July 4 at 7:30 pm. Also see the following link on their website, sections “Product Overview” and “Key Benefits”: ***************************************************************************  I messaged MyProtein asking for a full or partial refund, and they responded saying that their “quality control team” was investigating and that I should expect to hear back in 2-3 days. It has now been a week and there has been no further response or update.

      I have been put through the ringer with this company. I ordered the product on June 14th, 2023. It shipped on June 15th 2023. It was supposed to be delivered on June 17th, 2023. According to fedex there was a delay on the product that I ordered due to the comapny's fault. Some sort of mistake on the companys end. Fedex has essentially said they have no idea what is going on and that I have to contact the company/myprotein. I tried doing so every single day since June 17th. I have received no response in regard to my order. Fedex has clearly stated that the package is being returned, but is now sitting in some warehouse lost, and this was the fault of the seller because the seller had done something. I contacted fedex and opened a case but again was told I need to contact the seller for a refund as I will not be getting the package. I tried contacting the seller and was again not told anything. I never got a call, never got a substantive email, nothing. I explained the situation and what fedex told me in a message to the company, and still the company refuses to refund me. So, I am a paying consumer now, I paid $94.12, with no details on what is happening and I will not be getting the product that I paid for. Furthermore, the company will not try to even figure this out themselves and has not attempted to call fedex or the delivery service to figure out what is going on. My package that I PAID FOR, is just sitting there lost in some delivery location and the company will not give me answers, will not try to contact the courier to figure it out, and willingly took my money and now refuses to help with the order!
