Horrible service never followed up They were quick to bill me for the cat scan that was almost $300 dollars then their new ** after first attempt to pull tooth said he will not be able to do it i recieved this info today two months later after the fact.The Super Dentists Dental Group

Worst experience of our lives. Extremely dirty room ands consulting areas. All the work on my youngest daughter had to be fixed because they cavities where still under the fills they did. The metal crown was installed so deep into her gums it was damaging the adult tooth underneath. I also watched the dentist go from another patient and come do work with my daughter and not change the gloves. I had to say something for the behavior to end. As a parent this place made me feel like I had hurt my own children by bringing them here.The Super Dentists Dental Group

No stars by far the worst business in existence for dentistry. I'm very unhappy and wish I had never walked into their office on Aero Dr. **** practice debt collection at the front desk in front of everyone. **** keep you from getting care until you pay off your balance!The Super Dentists Dental Group

They took blurry **rays, did a sub par inspection, and immediately recommended 5 crowns and 3 fillings. Then upon inquiring the cost, I learned they were going to up charge over $600 in unnecessary extra cleanings and toothpastes.I sent the **rays to my trusted dentist who was horrified to hear, but not surprised, of my experience. After inspecting the **rays they determined a couple cavities and no crowns were necessary.This place is willing to put your kids through unnecessary pain and trauma to rake in their bottom line-cash.Avoid at all costs!!!!Its a cute office but not worth the terror, price, and health impacts of unnecessary and over zealous treatment plans would cause to you and your children.The Super Dentists Dental Group

How is this company in business still? Very unprofessional. They do care about their customers making them wait over an hour just to be seen. This happens every time. The employees are rude and yell at my kids. Shame on you Dr ***** Stop over booking and get control of your company.The Super Dentists Dental Group

No communication from the doctors. What was supposed to be a routine cleaning visit ended up being a nightmare and now my child has silver crown that were not authorized. If a child "needs" a treatment that is so invasive the least they can do is explain to parents the procedure and offer options. There was no after care summary or anything in writing that explained that my child needed silver crowns. The doctor barely made eye contact during our visit and never explained her treatment recommendations. They do nothing to solve problems and communication is the worst. After the incident I had other dentists look at my child's x-rays and they agreed silver crown was not the primary solution. Please do not bring your children here, save yourself the stress from unnecessary dental procedures and poor ethics.The Super Dentists Dental Group

Give them one star due to great service while I was active duty and flexible hours. Since I retired and changed my insurance they have been trying to charge me left and right and add services my three kids dont need. Also the place feels like an assembly line, not some where you want to take your kids for a pleasant dental visit. Forms, forms and more forms, every time you come for a cleaning you have to fill out the same forms you had completed the last time. Like you are a new patient. Completely ridiculous and unnecessary to say the least.The Super Dentists Dental Group

CROOKS! I have to agree with previous comments on this place billing for unnecessary procedures like putting sealants on baby teeth that were about to fall out. We moved to the area recently and have been looking for good dentists to take our daughters to. This place had a lot of good reviews--they seem to cater to the "experience" of taking your kids to the dentist, but miss the entire point of going to the dentist in the first place--good dental care. Overall it was unprofessional and disorganized. We have good dental PPO insurance and what was supposed to be a preventative visit and routine cleaning that should have been covered by our insurance, we were billed a total of $400 for our two kids for services that were not authorized. The most expensive of which was applying sealants to all of their teeth, the majority of which were baby teeth. We tried calling the office several times, and of course the billing office can't help and don't communicate with the clinical staff, so no one has answers as to what happened. GET THIS, several months later we find another dentist recommended by a friend, and on our kids follow up exam finds NO EVIDENCE OF SEALANTS. LONG STORY SHORT--if you want your kids to have a 'fun' experience at the dentist but don't mind paying a lot of money for sub par (or in our case, not sure if anything other than a cleaning was done) dental care, then go to the Super Dentist. If you want good dental care, we would recommend going to the smaller practices that aren't like these larger impersonable businesses (and it is a business to them at the end of the day, they made that very clear)--not the type of place that is passionate about taking care of your kids and doing whats best.The Super Dentists Dental Group

I have been to the Carmel ****** and Kearny Mesa locations and they are consistently unprofessional and disorganized. The service is disappointing. Every time I arrive for an appointment, there is a long delay. In their push to move to technology, they have created an inefficient and painful process whereby EVERY time you come, you have to complete the same forms and you cannot check in until the forms have been completed, even if none of your information has changed. Sometimes the people at the front desk are pleasant and sometimes they are rude. While the decor is impressive and enjoyed by children, the experience is a lot of waiting. Theres guaranteed to be a new doctor on each visit, so dont expect a personal experience. Take a number and move along. When you do see the doctor, she may avoid eye contact, talk to you for less than five minutes, struggle to annsser questions, and add very little value to the visit. Im disappointed with Super Dentists and i do not recommend them for pediatric dentistry.The Super Dentists Dental Group

Very disrespectful staff. I took my daughter in to get a crown fill in because it broke off at school. They have been given me a hard time about scheduling an appointment when my daughter dad took her in they were inpatient and rude to both him and my daughter. Did not explain what they were doing or gave aftercare instructions.The Super Dentists Dental Group
