Today was suppose to be a happy day. My daughter was suppose to get her expander/braces off. I made this appt 2-months ago and made accommodations to take time off wk because they could not see us on Monday or Tuesday (my days off) after my daughter gets off school. When we arrived, I was told that **** is closed today and someone from Ortho was "supposed" to notify you. But no one did. I had so many issues with this place in the past and my instincts was telling me maybe I should call them to make sure they had us down for today before leaving but I didn't because you can't call office direct, you have to call main line and they send a note to office to call. I should have listened to my gut because this place is not competent. I shouldn't have assumed they stuck to their schedule.Since I already took time off work, I asked the girl at the font desk if I can go to a different office to be seen today and they said only the office that puts the braces on can take them off. They checked the schedule and they have no time available that involved my daughter missing school. They can schedule me for next 2 weeks but still she would miss school and since March is a different month, they can't be sure of the office hour schedule will change again. My gut was telling me I will end up coming to an office that is closed again without being notified. I do not want to go through this again. I agreed to pull her out of school tomorrow, she will miss her test, I will miss work and my other appointment. I just want to be done with this place and be free. If you have time, ******************'t mind inconsistent business hours, don't mind driving back and forth, inaccurate billing, being over charged for products you didn't ask for and constant breaking wire springs breaking on your braces, then this is the right place of you!I just saw another review from someone last month that they are canceling appointments without notification so this is normal practice for them. The Super Dentists Dental Group

This place is unorganized, shady and very unprofessional. Today was the last straw. I took time off to take my daughter to go get her braces removed. We arrived there just to be told the the orthodontist side is closed. Really theyre the one that scheduled the appointment. Months earlier my daughter ****** came off right after the visit and they told us we had to wait to get it fix. It was poking her into her cheek and they wanted us to wait really. That should have been an emergency priority. The time before that they billed us for a book that they were selling without telling us. They just drop it in a care bag and gave it to my daughter. We look at the billing and realize it. We went back to return it and get our money back. They told us that it will be credited back to our credit card which never happened. Be advised no one should be doing business with them. The only thing I got from their superior was a we are sorry. The Super Dentists Dental Group

Today, I took my two-year-old grandson for his "cleaning", meaning to have fluoride rubbed on his teeth. He was a bit scared because the chair was a regular dentist chair for adults, so he cried a little bit. The dental hygienist, instead of comforting him, standing aside, immediately and repeatedly threatening him with putting him in a "quiet room" and calling him names to his face, calling him "a cry baby", while I was soothing him. She spoke in a loud and harsh voice to him. I was able to calm him down within a couple of minutes, and he complied by opening his mouth for her to put fluoride in and let the dentist looked at his teeth. I didn't think that to threaten and call a 2-year-old child names was a good practice. It borders on verbal and emotional abuse of a frightened child. My family trusted the reviews, and we chose to take our kid there. What a terrible experience we had today! I called and my call was channeled to a" command center". I asked to speak to someone in charge about the incident, and did not hear back from the business. I believe the owner needs to vet the staff better, or to give some training to staff in that threats and name calling is not helpful to calm a child, especially a 2-yr-old. What a terrible experience! The Super Dentists Dental Group

I left the super dentist feeling "nickel and dimmed. " We went in for routine cleaning for 3 kids and they bombarded me with a bunch of dental work that my kids needed and I unfortunately agreed to do it. The lady explaining the bill said "toothbrushes and an informational book for the family is included" leading me to believe she meant included in the services, not on the invoice as a separate fee. Now looking at my bill, I was charged $7 for each toothbrush (the augmented reality app doesn't even work) and TWO $26 charges for the book the doctor wrote. The cavities they filled were "light" meaning my kids didn't even need to be numb to fill them so I'm now wondering if we could have watched some of them. Be aware of what they are charging you and your insurance. They will try to get you to agree to everything right away. I should have told them I would think about it and left after the cleaning, but again I was there with 3 children and only trying to do what was best for them. In this economy swindling people into books and toothbrushes is criminal. They have lost my trust; we will no longer be patients. The Super Dentists Dental Group

This place is absolute joke. Never take your kids here if you don't want to waste your time and have your kids never smile on pictures. I took my 7year old son for cleaning and we were told that he had 2 cavities that needed filling. When my wife takes him for fillings she is being told in the middle of procedure that one cavity is too large on one tooth and needs a crown. My wife questions it since original evaluation showed that we only needed fillings. After which they offer her to take a second opinion elsewhere (when our son is already numb in the dentists chair with holes drilled in his teeth). My guess is dentist drilled too much into the tooth when it was beyond the filling. So she agrees to a crown. They hand her papers to sign where it says that they will install metal crown. When she asks if it can be a white crown they say that they only have metal crowns. Again she has no choice but to sign. As the result we have this metal tooth in our sons mouth that looks terrible. He is even too shy to open his mouth to speak not to mention smiling on pictures. We come back to 'Super' dentists next day and ask for it to be replaced for a white crown. They continue arguing that my wife signed and it's not their fault that we don't like the crown. Are there people that would like metal teeth in their children's mouth? Accordingly to them many parents do!! My wife signed because we weren't given our options before the procedure like it's done in normal clinics. Anyways, we schedule for a white crown replacement and they say that they only have one doctor that does them making it look like we are getting a favor being scheduled so fast. I come with my son for a crown replacement we wait for one hour, I'm being charged for procedure before it happens we wait for another 30mins and then they take us to some kind of private room to tell us that doctor doesn't feel comfortable to do white crown! What kind of dentist doesn't feel comfortable doing the crown? Why were we admiThe Super Dentists Dental Group
