Reached out through email June 30, 2023, July 13, 2023 and July 25,2023 with no response.Called five times with no answer then most recently receiving a busy signal every time I call. Never received a call or email back or refund.

      My order number for the order was Order #******** Ordered Jun 5th 2023 for a total of ****** for a bra They gave me a total of 5 revised shipping dates pushing at back further and further by june 30th they had cancelled my order and sent an email saying id recieve a refund but til this day I still havent heard anything from them, they dont respond to emails or answer the phone. I think this company is just robbing people.

      I ordered some Anzo *** headlamps for my **** dodge Dakota pick up on 4-22-23 (see attached order no. 74460154).They were defective so I received a return authorization and shipped them back on Jun 14, 2023. I received the replacement headlights per Order #: ******** (see attached) on June 19-2023. These units were also defective. On July 5, 2023 I tried to call Autoanything and no one would answer. They just said to send an email and I did that (attached) the same day, explained the problem and requested a warranty replacement. AutoAnything has a return policy of 30 days and the manufacture warrants the product for one year. I sent another message on July 28 (attached as part of July 5th e-mail) and again received no response. I had called the Anzo *** company and ask them if they can help and they said they needed the AutoAnything order number that was placed with Anzo ***. At This point I'm wanting a refund as I don't want to work with this company anymore.

      On June 26th I was told the order was going to be delayed and then got an email saying that I canceled the order when I did not whatsoever and I was going to get a refund at 3 to 4 days well it has been a month and a half and I still haven't gotten it they do not answer phone calls they do not respond to emails this is a thieving operation and they should be prosecuted

      I purchased seat covers for my **** Bronco. After the shipment deadline passed, I received an email from their customer service advising it would be late. This was on June 19th. After another six weeks I attempted to phone customer service and was disconnected without thr option of leaving a message or inquiring about my order.Now, months after my card was charged, there is no communication of any kind nor any product. I've accepted that I've been swindled by this company. My hope is this complaint will help others.

      I purchased a pickup bed cover for $522.11 on 12/27/22, they told me it was back ordered, while I never received it. After numerous attempts of missed delivery dates blaming Covid and Supply Chain issues, I requested a refund, they wanted to sell me a more expensive bed cover, I still requested a refund. I have never received my refund as of yet. since it's been over six months my credit company will not dispute this transaction.

      I ordered a car cover that is a bag for car storage it zips up and completely cover the car. I was told i could use this cover for outdoor storage through customer service live chat. This cover has not worked at all like i was told it would, all it has done is leak and damage my vehicle. I purchased the cover august 24th 2022. Order #******** Part #: CRCP for $352.03 June 30th 2023 i reached out to autoanything about my 1 year warranty and to this day July 31st 2023. I have heard nothing back. I have sent them easily 10 emails and keep getting the same response that my message has been received and it working it way through the powers that be, only to never get any follow up. I have reached out over and over. They claim they a 24hr live chat on their website which can not be found anywhere, the 30 plus calls I've made always end on they have no representative and it just hangs up. this is my last ditch effort to try and have my warranty be used.

      Placed order on 6/15/2023 in amount of $414.84. Received numerous emails stating shipping date had changed then an email stating my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund within 3-4 business days. No one will return emails, answer the phone and I have not received a refund.

      I purchased online a car bra in June 2023, paid for it using AfterPay program. After being given the delivery day of June 21 it moved to June 29. When I attempted to contact the business via phone at various "business hours", the message always said they were not open or available to take calls to email. I emailed my concern requesting a delivery tracking number, and recieved a response of the company stating I was requesting a cancelation of my order, of which I was not, but at that point I was okay with it, as I was beginning to doubt the validity of the company. I have replied multiple times to AutoAnything as well as Morris4x3center, and at most recieved the last email stating it could be not be delivered as the address isn't found! All the supposed contact information is fake or a ruse because nothing works. After Pay will not refund me the money I already paid as they stated they must recieve a cancelation confirmation from the company and haven't, yet the contact information they have is even not valid! I need help please.
