We had a birthday party for my daughter on 12/19 - we paid ****** for the party package. This was the worst experience. We were told by staff that we couldnt take pizza home that we purchased. They didnt have boxes and the staff gets the leftovers. Appalling thing to say to someone who paid for the food they arent allowed to take home. They did not put the candle that we purchased on our daughters cake but gave it to the wrong party. Staff constantly forgot to wear their mask in the party room with our children. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told the person there was the manager. I called back a few days later and spoke to ****** on 12/22 and she let me know she would be speaking with the owner for a full or partial refund. I still havent heard back so I emailed ****** on 1/10. She said this is the first time she heard of this and asked me to explain what happened! So.. between then and now, she totally forgot about our conversation and her promise to escalate this, and were starting from scratch. I re explained and she just never responded back to my email. I called the rink today 1/14 and spoke to *****, the owner. He told me I was wrong, and that his staff wears masks. He was very rude and defensive and told me I was being recorded. He was very combative right away getting on the phone with what do you want? I tried explaining what happened and that this was a disaster for my 7 year old - and this is her first in person party in 2 years! It was horrible and the treatment after was the same. I have 5 parents who were all there. ***** was not present at the birthday party or anywhere in the building on 12/19 so for him to just tell me Im wrong. Worst customer service Ive ever received. We did not get what we paid for and/or were promised and we will never be back. I have attached email messages of her saying its the first time shes heard of this on 1/10 and then the initial first time ****** called me on 12/20. Please help me get refunded.

This rink has absolutely ZERO regard for the safety of their customers. They allowed a HUGE train of people to speed as fast as they could. One of them struck me like an elephant I am not a small guy either, l'm 6 feet tall and I weigh 175 pounds. When I fell forward, I watched my leg snap before my eyes with my skate planted on the ground. So you can imagine how hard they hit me to have caused that.My fibula and tibia (the two bones located in the leg) snapped on impact! I broke the same leg bones as ****** ******** and I even received the same titanium rod and plate screwed into my leg.Management claims that they have absolutely no footage of the incident and that nobody knows anything about who ran into me so hard. Nobody fell with me, they didn't even stop and just kept rolling. do appreciate the older woman who came to my aid with a wheel chair, but they were dragging my broken leg on the ground saying,"he's on wheels, roll him out!" As you can imagine, that didn't work out too great.Some roller derby hog queen had demanded I stay out of their way that night and I feel like that *** be connected to me being struck by what felt like a quarter back on wheels. When I called back and asked for footage a couple days ago, they said that they had none and hung up on me. Their floor is big and looks great! However they lack enforcement of their own rules of conduct, making it extremely unsafe. They have no idea if it was foul play, just plain recklessness or disregard for safety. Who ever did this, *** very well do it again and this truly bothers me. It makes me worry that they allow criminals to skate on their floor. People who knock others down knowing there will be no consequences.

We feel bad when anyone gets who gets hurt as bad as you were. You did interactively fill out an accident form with the Manager at 12:40 am on March 5th. You stated you slipped and fell when someone skated in front of you. A few days later you called and asked if we have video coverage, that manager did not know, as they do not access to previously recorded video. During this conversation you told our manager of your injuries and said your doctor said, It might have been intentional. Was your Doctor skating with you? I dont know how anyone that was not there could make that determination. You also said a blond lady was yelling at you, and were wondering if it was her? The video does not indicate this.Why do you ask? Because we do have video, the huge train of people did not present in the video and is a fabrication, as people are seen skating around the floor in a reasonable fashion. You fell at 12:30 am and immediately a group of people stopped to help you up. They brought a wheel chair on the floor, and wheeled you off, where they removed your skates, as you didnt want the fire department to cut off your skate.When you called back the manager again, she told you she did not know if we had video, as that manager does not have access. You were quite for about a minute and she thought you hung up on her.It was pointed out, your skates seemed to be homemade high-top basketball shoes mounted on a skate plate. This may have contributed to lack of stability if they were not properly mounted to the skate.This private party has had very few issues over the 10 years that we have been doing parties for them. Calling my customers criminals is a ridiculous statement and the video does not show unsafe or lack of enforcement. Since your claims of what happened that night seems to be ever-changing we gotten statements from the private party host and everyone you had contact that night during your slip and fall caused by someone skating in front of you.

It turns out the old lady who got you the wheelchair is 19 or 20 and the skates I saw on the video were hers. She's the one who wheeled you very slowly backwards to the fronts desk so it would not further your injuries.
