1 starTons of issues with software, hardware failing right after warranty finished. 642 black screen crashes in 3 years. Customer support was no help after spending 2 full days of trying what they suggested. Would have to pay for 2 way shipping, diagnostic time, parts, repair time and NO warranty that the issues will be fixed or after repair guarantees. Keep your money for **** is what i learned!Review fromSteven P

1 starMy monitor was broken out of the box and they took it back and "tried" to repair it 3 separate times and sent it back broken each time. **** forward one year and my motherboard (which wifi also just never worked on) errors out and while they'll honor the warranty they want to do the same song and dance. Send it back, don't fix it, then throw their hands up.Review fromBlaine N

1 star***** products from a *************. 3090 not even 3 years old and they will not cover the warranty. I didnt register.... I bought a prebuild from a vendor... No one opens the pre built computer and registers all the individual serials for prebuilt components. Their team must have fell from the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down.Review fromBryson G

1 starI am trying to get a Replacement for my SSD, they are denying me a replacement even though I still have an warranty active for my Gigabyte 1TB SSD. Gigabyte is Denying me service and asking me to send in my failing computer part in for "Service" when my Windows 11 boot file is on there. If I could give a 0 star rating for this sub-par service I would. This is the worst I've ever ever dealt with.Review fromLuke F

1 starAtrocious parts company that makes terrible quality parts designed to break. They make warranty promises that they never intend to honor. Sent a laptop to them in warranty and they sent me pictures of a mangled box and smashed laptop in packaging I didn't even use when I sent it. Clearly seems they smashed it up even more to quote me even higher to the repair and then refused to fix it under warranty as they said I broke it.Real shame considering I had intially loved the laptop and graphics card I had gotten from them. I had all sorts of plans to buy monitors and future graphics cards and laptops from them but considering their customer service no thank you. Hope ********************** customer service is happy about missing out in thousands of dollars from me and a lifetime customer all because they couldn't do a simple power **** repair for under $300 under the warranty they supposedly offer. Don't but from this company if you want parts that last and good customer service, the worst in the industryReview fromMichael V

1 starWEB POST TO GIGABYTE CUSTOMERSUPDATE: 4/28/24 INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION?Hello to anyone reading this thread.I have been using Gigabyte products for well over a decade and have always enjoyed success with them. However, during the past 2 years, I have dealt with 3 consecutive Aorus motherboard failures. To make matters worse, I had nothing but problems with Gigabyte's *** process, including long wait times, no responses to messages and two claim denials to repair or replace the broken motherboards that were still covered by their warranty. This resulted in significant financial loss to me and my clients.Having read many similar stories online like the ones in this thread and other from other Gigabyte customers, I have sought out and spoken to attorneys who are interested in pursuing a class-action against Gigabyte for its failure to honor warranty claims made by many of their customers. The goal of the lawsuit is to recover losses for affected class members, force Gigabyte to correct their *** process so the process addresses customer product issues in a timely efficient manner and make sure current and future customers get the product support they expect. If you suffered a Gigabyte product failure while the product was under warranty, or you submitted the product for repair/ replacement to Gigabyte through the *** process, and/or your repair / replacement was denied claiming Gigabyte was not responsible for the failure, please get in touch with me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I can then put you in touch with the attorney.I can be reached through:***************************Review fromMichael R

1 starI bought a gigabyte x570 aurus master. It worked mostly good except for the realtek 2.5gbps ethernet port. I used gigabytes flash utility to update the bios and it bricked my motherboard. I tried calling tech support about it and the lady was constantly interrupting me and not very helpful. I was finally told I had to talk to customer support about it and was transferred over. I tried to tell the customer support about my computer not working after using gigabytes flash program and he told me that was not relevant and I tried talking to him about it and he hung up on me. Gigabyte is an absolute trash company with rude customer support that are not willing to help. I would never recommend anyone buying anything from them if they value their money.Review fromMark W

1 starPurchased a new motherboard that started to power off every 1 hour to 3 days. Replaced power supply with no improvement. Started working with Gigabyte and eventually replaced every component of my computer plus two RMA's of the motherboard for them to continue to say there is no problem. Purchased another different manufacturer motherboard in October and it has worked perfectly since installation. Gigabyte now says I have to return the motherboard again for them to recreate the issue before they will issue a refund. They have already failed to recreate the issue twice. In fact they claim to test it and say it is good within hours of receiving the motherboard even though I clearly say it can take days for the failure. It is clear the customer service practice of this company is to deny any problems with their hardware and refuse to issue refunds or replacement under warranty. This total lack of customer support will make me completely avoid Gigabyte products in the future and I would recommend that same advice to anyone else.Review fromJT B

1 starBought a laptop less than a year ago, the laptop started to have heating issues. I waited too long to have it fixed within the warranty period. I missed it by couple of weeks. Contact the service department to get service information so I can replace the laptop fans myself. Gigabyte refused to give me any information except I have to mail it back to have it look at without telling me how much it would cost to fix it. I sent them photos of the fans, but Gigabyte did not help to confirm whether I got the right parts. To be able to fix my laptop is my consumer right as I paid for this laptop and I owned it. This company is a shame, I should have taken the reviews on ****** with 1 star and your reviews carefully before I wasted $2000 to buy from Gigabyte. This is the most irresponsible computer manufacturer I have ever know. I have bought more than 20 laptops and have never experienced anything like this. The lack of customer service is just shocking for a big name company like Gigabyte. I hope this review will help others to stay away from this manufacturerand avoid the cost of repair and time wasted. I will never trust all these social media post about Gigabytelaptops and systems. A costly ****** I have learned. I will NEVER buy anythings from this company again.
