    Made a purchase on **** for my son's birthday on ********* for over $200 it is ******** and I still haven't received it yet. I reached out to them and they are saying they cannot locate my package. How can I start a class action lawsuit against these people? I see I am not the one that has a complaint against them.

    I ordered a dress through ******* from a ***************** Beenos. I was sent this tracking number:ECTSO00000725789 and informed that the package was shipped via **** Global. I did not receive the package, and clicked on the tracking number, and both the website and the company stated that the package had been delivered. But the email from the company saying the package had been delivered showed a record (with a photo proving delivery) for a package that did not have my tracking number, was not addressed to me and did not show my home in the photo. [I have enclosed this email as an uploaded screenshot.] When I pointed this out in another email, I got no reply. I have enclosed the email that **** sent with the wrong tracking number, name and address. I have called the "hotline" and it just rings and then registers as a busy signal.

    Date of Transaction: March 27, 2024 Amount Paid: $300+What the Business Did Not Commit to Provide:* A false delivery status.* A lack of proof of delivery when requested.* Delayed responses and refusal to cooperate in resolving the issue.* Protection for a driver potentially involved in theft.I would like to report a police report this is unacceptable and I am left without my $300 and my package. I would like my package or my money back.Package was marked as delivered on March 27th but never arrived. I contacted ********** right away, and they asked **** for proof of delivery on March 28thno response. The driver claims it was left at my front door, but my Ring and building cameras show no delivery attempt.     Our ****** business scheduled a shipment to send product inventory to Amazon warehouses in the **. **** is the only ******-partnered shipping carrier at this time, meaning that they are the cheapest choice available. Our ECMS shipment was originally scheduled for 12/20/2024, however due to a glitch with uploading the customs invoice and packing list to ******, the shipment had to be delayed. I then emailed the customs invoice and packing list to ECMS as a work-around for the glitch. After emailing them this required documentation, I began to be ignored by ****. No one responded to email or phone communication from me or any of my colleagues. In early February, **** emailed apologizing and asking for the customs invoice and packing list, even though it was sent a month prior. I emailed the documents again, requesting the carrier pickup to finally be scheduled. **** did not respond to any of my emails regarding finalizing the shipment pick-up. **** recently emailed again on 03/13/2025 stating that this is not how they conduct business and, if we are interested, could get a pick-up scheduled for 03/14/2025. Despite my quick response, again I am ignored and no pick-up was scheduled for this shipment. Our business has lost money due to the innaction of ****. As the only UK partnered-carrier option for ****** sellers, it is clear misconduct. **** has not fulfilled their contractual obligations as an ****** partnered carrier, and has made false promises in regards to their services. I have screenshots of email communication (or lack thereof) attached and can provide more if needed. I hope this report will bring attention to the current practices of **** and ensure that future business are not treated like this. We also hope ****** will refund the ***** GBP our business spent on this shipment that **** seemingly refuses to help us with.

    I purchased shoes on **** website for January 3rd. Its now the 27th and I still dont have my shoes ? I bought the shoes for a gift for my goddaughters 16th birthday, I reached out to goat and they gave me the information for the delivery partners. I reached out to Ecms on the 18th and got a response on the 20th of Jan, I got no answer to where my package was but she gave me a link to my package. I clicked the link and it just shows delayed for January 15th and it always says well re attempt delivery within 2 business days . Well we were already passed the business days. I looked on my shop app that also tracks my shipping of packages and when it tracked this package it said it was in ********, I live in ******** so ******** is only a couple pull hours away . I reached out via email again and was told to contact the onsite team via text message. I reached out to the team via text messages which was 1/21/25 , I said Hello, I was reaching out about a delayed delivery for my shipment, I see that it still doesnt show any movement , I wanted to know if its currently in ******** or not because I really need this for a gift (tracking number is ECGGHXX016199396I got a response of Hi! Upon checking with the tracking number provided, there seems to be a delay with the delivery of the package. I'll reach out to the team right now to know the reason for the delay. I am sorry for the inconvenience. I said thank you and waited , I never got any update so I reached out again on the 26th because its no way nobody knows where my package is, I needed an update because my goddaughters birthday is ******* , which is next week and I got her shoes for her birthday outfit so if Im unable to get them I will be so mad because I ordered them at the top of January so I would have enough time to get them. I dont have money to buy another pair and get them here in time for her bday. I offered to pick up my package as well.

    Ordered from Goat 12-19-2024 total $148.89. Christmas gift Item said delivered 1/3/2025 and delivered to a company's mailroom with a photo attached. We do not have a mailroom in my office and I was at work the whole day. I would like my order redelivered or my money back please.

    This company is a horrible company I placed order for two very expensive sneakers from the goat I paid for express delivery. My package has not been updated for 3 days its been sitting at the same location for days with no update as to when my daughter package will arrive I emailed them nothing you cant get them on the phone either, this is the worst shipping experience I ever had. I will never be ordering from the goat if they use this company to ship my products. Its very unfair unprofessional and frustrating.

    I placed an order with *********** on 12/8/24 and they shipped them using ECMS. It is now 12/23/24 and I have nothing. I have never had an issue receiving anything from them until now using ECMS. I have reached out about 6 times with no response from ****. The number doesn't work. It says delivered in *** and I'm no where near ***, I'm in ***** . No one has responded, no one has verified address or location it was supposedly delivered.

    **** global is the shipping couier that Goat select to ship sneakers that I purchased. I received notice my package was delivered however I didnt receive the package. I contacted **** in regarding the tracking information and the *** sent me a picture of my package on a raandom desk marketed as delivered. I asked to comfirm my address which was correct. I ask for the name of the person that accepted the delivery and they didnt have that information. I asked was it delivered to the correct floor. Goat could not provide me with any additional information besides the picture. . The office building Im located in has 20 floors with two towers. I used the picture to direct me as I went floor to floor asking about my package. There are multiple businesses and agencies operating with the building I went to the 6th floor which is ***** and the receptionist informed me a delivery *** attenp to deliver a package but she didnt accept the name on the package was not an employee of thier office.She also know that the package said 16 floor not 6 floor. She told me the delivery *** said he would send the package back as undeliverable. Instead he took a picture marked as delivered and sent it to Goat and his company ******* date I have not received my package. It has never been in my possession. And I have attempted to contact **** via phone,email, inquies in the website .The delivery person employee by **** stole my package.
