      I am attaching the screenshot of the order I placed. It was for a dress, boots and earrings combo. I found another outfit I want and wish to return this..however it states it shipped last year...I just ordered it 2 weeks ago. And I cannot reach anyone by email or phone. This is a bogus business and I just want my money back and to never deal.with them again

      On 1/9&10/2024 I placed 2 orders for shirts and boots. I returned 2 shirts and the boots sending them via **** which I paid $18.00 to ship them back. Lilicloth received my returns on 2/1/2024. On 2/8/2024 I received several emails informing me that my refund totaling $54.98 will be refunded in 3-7 business days. Today is 2/217/2024 I have checked both my checking and paypal accounts and their are no refund amount in either accounts. I would like my refund from lilicloth.

      On February 09, 2023 I ordered pair of tennis shoes from Lilicloth.com. Here is cut and paste of my order US - SIZE 5.Sub-Order:3138196 Lightweight Platform Casual Lace-Up Canvas Shoes Color:White Size:US 5 Qty:1 $22.13 Complete They arrived on February 17, 2023 but they were too big for me. On the shoe the label says size 36.Everyone knows that US size 5 is equal to size 35 or 22 cm.NOT 36 or 23 cm I asked them to send me the right size. They said, return the other pair and " I " must pay for shipping them back. I said No, you sent the wrong size you send me paid postage or just send me the right size shoe.They refused to make the order right. They are now changing the standard US size 5 to ********** is the description of size 5 in ** to equal 35 .       Hello,I purchased a winter warm blue top with lining but I received a blue light top with no lining. I contacted them and at the beginning they brushed me off with an answer that didn't make sense. After back and forth emails in which I had to present documents and shipping labels, I received an email that the lighter top is what I oredered. I can return it but I'll have to cover shipping expenses. I purchased a few months ago two of the same warm top which I really like and wanted another. I knew what I am ordering! I paid around $30 which is a lot for me being an elderly on a fixed income. To demand that I'll cover the return shipping expenses for their mistake is Immoral .The price went down by about $5 since I purchased. I'll try to attach the receipts, if I won't succeed I'll do it on a separate email.Thank you for your help and for making the world an honest one.P.S I purchased on their website.       Bought a shirt as a gift which didnt fit I contacted them about a refund and was told they would send me an address within 24 hours, it never came. After contacting them again they want my **** information so their expert can answer my question! Its called ask an expert. I cant return without an address. Its intentional misrepresentation.

      I ordered and paid for a T-shirt on January 12, 2023 from LILICLOTH.COM. The company has never begun to ship, continues to give excuses for not shipping as detailed in uploaded documentation. This is a SCAM. I made it plain I only wanted it shipped to a friend, *****************. They are a fraudulent business for which I demand immediate action on fulfilling the order or refunding my credit card account.

      I ordered this tow hitch on December 2 2022 never received product nor have I received any notification of status on this product. I'm requesting a refund plus criminal charges for soliciting products that they have no longer have on inventory.

      2022 ***** ordered large size and received size small. Order # HBKQD0080440 9. I contacted person through chat room and that person told me the company would send me a renturn permission email within 48 hours. i never received anything from the company. I was well within the time limit. around 10 days after receiving the item and still no communication. I only wanted to get a refund so i could order the right size.
