    2022 ***** ordered large size and received size small. Order # HBKQD0080440 9. I contacted person through chat room and that person told me the company would send me a renturn permission email within 48 hours. i never received anything from the company. I was well within the time limit. around 10 days after receiving the item and still no communication. I only wanted to get a refund so i could order the right size.

    I ordered from lilicloth weeks ago. It's a gift for my 88 year old mother. I contacted them and the person told me it was sent December 9th. It's the 16th. Still haven't received it.

    Purchases clothing on July 20, 2022 in the amount of $113.85. I was informed it would take 2 -3 weeks to receive. I did not receive it prior to moving in August. The tracking showed it had been forwarded in two packages, one on August 8th and the other August 22nd but still no package by October. The post office told me that the company does not pay for forwarding and they sent it back with the updated address so that the company could mail it to me themselves. Still no clothing and no response to my repeated daily contact for a refund!

    I placed an order September 24 for a sweatshirt. I received a tracking number saying it had been delivered, but I was home all day every day and it has not been delivered. I emailed the company and the postal service (as this is how it was supposedly delivered) and the company just told me it was delivered (it wasn't.) The postal service gave me a case number and nothing else.

    I ORDERED T SHIRTS FROM LILICLOTH. ONE OF THE ITEMS SAID IT WAS DELIVERED ON 9/24 IT WAS NEVER REC'D. I HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS AT MY HOME THAT CONFIRM THIS. USPS NOTES THEY MAY HAVE EITHER MISDELIVERED IT AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL LILICLOTH ... I ASKED LILICLOTH TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE ITEM THAT WAS NOT REC'D AND THEY DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. THEY APPEAR TO BE CHINEESE? I WANT A REIMBURSEMENT ORDER NUMBER************** FOR $18.85

    I ordered 3 items from lillicloth on june 23,2022. The items shipped and a label was created on July 1st. Nothing has been done since! There is no further tracking. **** says it hasn't received the package only a label has been created. I tried contacting them through chat and no one has responded

A label was created on July 1 and nothing since! Colors and products not as expected

    I ordered a shirt from this company. After wearing it once, I washed it in cold water and hung it to dry. It shrunk so much that i could not wear it. I contacted the company by email ( they offer no phone #) and they flat out refused to replace it or offer me a refund!

    On 6/11/22, I placed 2 orders with Lilicloth.com (order #'s ************* for $99.95 & ************* for $111.09) My credit card was charged on that same date for these orders in full. Partial shipments began arriving from ******** and ********** approximately 10 days later. Today, 7/4 we are still awaiting a partial shipment from each order. On the 2nd order, 4 items did not fit. I contacted the co. within a few days of arrival to obtain a return authorization number for these items. At that time, the co. informed me (by email) they were an international co. and I could keep my items and they'd give me a 15% refund OR I had to pay full shipping charges to***************** for each item, including any customs charges as well. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website, simply that the customer needs an authorization for a return and will pay for the return charges. No mention is made of it being an international company, no mention is made that it's based in *****, etc. This is ludicrous and is simply a scam to keep their potential customer's money. I reluctantly accepted the 15% since it was my only option they offered. However, 4 items that are far too big are of no use to me. I' would prefer a full refund for these 4 items.     Consumer Response /* (-5, 8, 2022/07/24) */ On 7/13 I also placed a dispute with ***** **** for 2 different orders. One order they shipped an incorrect item and when contacted wanted me to keep it and pay 50% of the cost. ***** gave me a credit ($21.99) for that order and has listed that one as resolved. The other order where they want me to pay shipping & custom charges to ***** to exchange incorrect sizing is still pending. ***** gave me an initial credit and has sent notice to the company, which has not responded yet. That credit should be $86.10 & the company gave me $9.62 the day before I placed the dispute with *****. That dispute is still pending with no response as yet.
