      The protection guards are both machined so that they mount on to the side. The wheels can't be used because it goes in a circle instead of straight forward because of this. It is also extremely poor quality. I just want to return it. Itoolmax has answered some of my many emails, but they continue to put me off, saying they will "investigate".

      My mother ordered a 3in1 one trimmer from iTOOLMAX AND THEY OVER CHARGED HER A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS they have no phone number to call and will not answer emails , I googled the reviews on this company and they are stealing money left and right from people , we want answers and won't stop until we get it , how are they even advertising anymore on ******* someone needs to stop them , SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THEM NOW ! ILL POST ALL OF THIS ON ******** IF ITS NOT RESOLVED !!!!!

      I purchased a gardening tool and a swivel gardening seat from iTool *** in May of 2024, Once the delivery came I decided I didnt want it because I had already purchased a weed trimmer, Ive tried numerous times to contact this business to get a return label and refund! They refuse to send a return label telling me that they will refund 15% and for me to keep the tool. That isnt what their policy states, it states you have 90 days to return the product if you no longer want it, I havent even used either product and the stool is still unopened!!! I think Affirm is in business with with these guys because they just keep telling me to pay for the products which I refuse to do. All I want is for them to send me a prepaid return label and refund the money that Ive paid into the product already

      6/11/2024 received order for tiller and 3 in 1 leaf blower. On 6/12/2024. I emailed and asked for authorization leaf blower. Package said LITHIUM ELECTRIC HAIR DRYER. PIECES DID NOT FIT AND BROKEN ACCESSORY PIECE. THE HOUSING ON TILLER WAS CRACKED/BROKEN. ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT. ON 6/12/2024 PICTURES WERE ASKED FOR AND THEY WERE EMAILED SEVER DAYS OF MESSAGES STATING WILL GET TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 10 DAYS LATER I ASKED FOR DISCOUNT OF 25 TO 30 DOLLARS FOR TILLER AND AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN LEAF BLOWER. THEY IN TURN ASKED FOR A VIDEO AFTER I SEND DETAILED EXPLANATION OF PROBLEM AND PHOTOS OF ALL ITEMS AND PACKAGING.I SPENT A TOTAL OF ******.

      I requested to return the item because it does work welll for me. They answered me with links of how to put it together. Instead of allowing me to return it. When I ordered the product. It was stated that I only have 30 days from delivery to return it and I have to go through their customer service; I did; they aren't aknowleding my request; The instructions I do not need nor did I request them.

      I placed an order with this company on 5/29/2024. They shipped through Amazon and sent a tracking number. It was scheduled to arrive 6/5/2024. Then, 6/6/2024. Now, it is stating that it is running behind but will be received eventually. I have reached out to the company several times. When I asked to have the shipment canceled, they told me that it is too late. I asked for a refund because I am, obviously, not going to get this shipment since it is lost in transit. The package has been in ******** since the 4th of June. I have since been ignored.

      Ordered 5/6, received 5/21. Receipt attached. Saw ad on ******** and on scrabble game ad, which shows tool to trim ****** and limbs as well as weeds/grass. Tool arrived without packing material/parts loose in box. Charged batteries overnight. Next day, put together correctly, and was able to use 3 days (about a half hour each day). Third day, a loud clanging noise started unexpectedly and blade wobbled. Went to tighten but problem was inside the head. Waited after memorial weekend to contact company. They requested ********* sent. They asked for a second, which I also sent. Now, no response. Obviously, this head of the machine is not repairable and defective. Asking for a replacement. I have all videos and picture of how it was received. If no replacement, then refund.

      I ordered 3 in 1 weed cutter with extra blades on 5-30-24. Was charged but have not received product. There's no other way to contact this business except for email in which there's no response back. I try and track my order to no avail. Says in flight from ***** to the ** since 5-31-24. I want to cancel order n have disputed charge thru My credit card.

      On June 3 I ordered a product from Itoolmax and they withdrew ****** from my bank account and they have not shipped my product. I have made numerous attempts to contact this company and they will not respond to my emails. I believe they have no intention to send my order and they stole my money.

      I made a purchase from this company, where in their ad clearly states 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. I ordered the 3in1 mower weed whacker. First you don't get to see how order can be returned until after you place order. So immediately I tried to cancel order but by the time someone got around to getting back to me item shipped. So received item and so cheaply made I am afraid to use even 1 time due to my opinion would break. So in the return information WHICH DONT SEE UNTIL After order is placed you have to email their support team first to get Approval. I have emailed them several times and no response. So what I am stuck with a Product I don't want or can use for the purpose of the purchase. So much for 30day customers Satisfaction, BUYER BEWARE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON BEING STUCK WITH A PRODUCT AND OUT MONEY!!
