      The last **************************************** have been a mess to deal with. The tubes do not close properly and the lip product leaks out after closed. I need to keep it in a baggie, in my make-up case, and it is a mess to work with. Your product control department needs to work on a better fitting closure. If I could find another brand with the same color, I would buy it, but I really like your product. EXCEPT for the mess it creates. I would like to have another tube because the product, as always, leaks all over. Thank you ***************

The last 3 tubes have been very difficult to contain. The tube must be contained in a plastic baggie or it leaks all over my drawer, make-up case, etc. I like the color, and that is why I am hoping they can get around this problem OR even get back to me. ***************

      I placed an online order on April 29th. The money immediately was taken from my bank account. After a couple of weeks with no updates I sent a message through the website asking when it would ship. No response. It was supposed to be part of a birthday present so after the date of the person's birthday passed I asked for the order to be cancelled through the website. I didn't get a response. Then I filed it as a missing order and got no response. I sent a message through ******** ********* and after a couple of days got a response asking for my order number and personal info to pass along to customer service which I gave them. I finally got an email today saying my order couldn't be refunded because it was lost in transit and I would have to file a complaint with ****. When I check the order status it still says processing. I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. I just want my money back now. I don't want the product anymore.

      On 4/22/2022 I placed a large order on their Lip Smacker website. It is now 6/6/2022 and I have not received a shipping email nor my order. I've emailed them numerous times, called, contacted them via Instagram, contacted them via Facebook, and even have Afterpay trying to contact them (I paid through Afterpay) and no response. All I want is a refund. I didn't know if you pay through Afterpay there is no buyer protection so I have no way to get my money back unless Lip Smacker responds and pays Afterpay back.

      I bought 2 items off of the Wet N Wild website on April 10th and never received the items. I tried to contact the company twice to see if they could send me a replacement or at least a refund. They never contacted me back. I only paid $14.46, but I can't afford to just eat that and call it a day. At this point I feel as though I've been robbed. I just want my money back, I don't even care about the items. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.

      I placed an order with wet and wild company on April 12 for the amount of $41.76. They sent me an email to confirm my credit card and address information which I responded on May 3 with the information requested. I never heard from them nor did I receive my merchandise nor did I get a refund back for the $41.76 spent. I have sent two more inquiries since then to ask for them to refund my money or ship the items ordered and I still have not heard from them. I've tried several attempts on trying to call them at their************* number and their phone line is ALWAYS busy. I would like for them to refund my money at this point.

      I placed an order on May 10th for 30.59. from wet n wild.com, They took my money and have not heard a single thing since besides automatic reply emails. They have placed my order "on hold" and when I went through the "contact customer support" I received an automatic email saying I needed to verify my payment, which I believe is a lie so they have a reason to let orders sit. I know this has affected many people over the last few weeks at the least. I am very disappointed I have used their products for years and trusted their website. It also said in the email after three days if the payment was not verified within three days they would cancel and refund the order, that never happened either. I am beginning to worry about the safety of this website. I contacted Markwins beauty products, and they did answer the phone and were sympathetic and helpful to the situation but all they have done so far is email the company to which I received yet another email about verifying my payment. I would like my products to be shipped or my money refunded. They go as far on the website to offer free gifts over 25 dollars why bother if they know they are not processing any orders?

      I purchased a Twin Stars complete set in March and it comes with a cosmetic bag which was damaged. On April 8th I sent an email with pictures and got no response. I have sent now 4 emails and messaged them on Facebook and got nothing.

      I ordered from this business on 4/5/22. My order had been placed on hold, with no explanation as to why from the company. I emailed the company on 4/11/22 asking why my order was on hold when the payment was already processed by my bank. I did not receive a response, therefore I sent a message via Instagram on 4/16/22. They stated they would email me back and on 4/19/22, I did receive a reply. It stated that because my address was suspicious and therefore needed to verify before mailing out, even though I am the owner of the house and have ordered from them before! I email them the necessary information they required, then never received a response. I reached out via email on 5/3/22 and on Instagram on 5/4/22 for the whereabouts of my order and am still waiting for a reply as to why my order has yet to be sent out. If they have a shipping delay in receiving their product for mailing out to customers then they need to state that. I know several people who have filed claimed with their backs for refunds since they company refuses to refund and I have tried several times to reach them over the phone with no answer and no way to leave a message for call back. I just want what I ordered and think it's unfair to pay for something and never receive it or at least a response as to why to why my order is delayed.

However, I was NOT notified that one of the products I ordered was out of stock until I opened the box, then later that day I received an email stating that an item was out of stock and instead will be issuing a refund. They should have given customers the option to cancel the order if they don't have it so they can look somewhere else. This company needs ACTUAL customer service and a WORKING phone number! At least notify customers that there is a shipment delay and it will be a while before receiving product. That would have been acceptable and transparent as a company!

Have not received product or a response every time I email them they ask for name,order number and date of purchase which I provide and get no response. I'm am not the only one there are hundreds of people that order through the website for this collection dealing with same issue if you look them up on social media (IG) page. I have reach out plenty of times and a company of this magnitude should not conduct business this way.Also when you call customer service number it say high call volume constantly I been calling for weeks.

      I had placed this order on April 6, 2022 I had received a order confirmation I never received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I had attempted to contact ************ numerous times regarding my order status and they have not gotten back to me. as you can see in the screenshots provided I had messaged him on multiple social media platforms as well as emailed them numerous times in terms of these orders. due to them not being compliant I decided that I found it at a different location for a better price and I no longer need the item so I'd like the item canceled. I noticed that they do not have a return policy but considering the fact that my orders have not went through and they just got confirmed I'd like them canceled.
