    I purchased a security camera through Amazon with a 1 year warranty (which is was still current during the troubleshooting and diagnosis and decision by EZVIZ to replace the camera). The EZVIZ Security Camera Outdoor 1080P WiFi Camera disconnects from wifi all the time and I have to manually reset and reconnect to wifi and then the camera goes offline within the same or next day. **************** had me try this, try that and then determined there is a hardware issue and will replace the camera. A few days later they sent me an email stating they see the camera is online with strong signal to which I replied that replaced the camera with another one (which does not go offline in the same place as this problematic camera did) and that I reset the camera and moved it. They must have checked the status through their online system after I did a manual reset and reconnect; the camera went offline shortly after their 'inspection'. I checked for an update on the new camera being sent and they have not replied to any of my emails since their last one I just mentioned. EZVIZ does not appear to have any intention to cover under warranty. I have tried the camera at other locations with no improvement, and like I said have replaced the camera with another one with no problems. Personally I believe it to be a weak or disconnected antenna cable.

    I purchased 4 EZVIZ cameras w/a router approximately 4 years ago. At the time, I was looking to purchase a new home, so I did not install them for 2 years at my new home. The set up in my new home was extremely difficult since the software would not recognize the equpiment (router or cameras), even being hard wired. I finally paid a local business to install and get the cameras configured while working w/their tech support, only to have them go offline 6 months later. ******** technical support number is completely unreachable. After trying for weeks on end, it says it's transferring you, only to cut you off every single time. Someone does eventually answer the ******** number, but they were no help at all. The ******** technician was absolutely worthless and had me delete everything and now I've completely lost my configuration and am back to where I was on the initial installation that I could never get configured. Except now the 4 defunct cameras are on the top story of my 2 story house completely unusable. The ip address of the router is unreachable, & my equipment configuration has been deleted, thanks to the ******** technician. I have been told that my case was escalated to someone named "******" who appears not to be able to dial a **** phone number correctly. She loses my emails & claims to have called me repeatedly, although I have no record of her calling even one time. She sent me a link with firmware to download that was not in English & the password *** incorrect. Then I didn't hear back from her for 2 weeks, only to have her tell me my case was closed so she reopened it. Even if I could download the firmware, I can't get to the ip address of the router. She finally promised to call me today, November 27th, and no calls came in to either phone number I gave her. This company should not be allowed to sell this product in *****************. The worst product and customer service ever. They appear to be scammers....extremely frustrated!
