    VIN# ***************** 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie Mega Cab Since I have purchased this vehicle I have performed 4 recalls. I am currently on the 5th and this is where my problem is. My vehicle registration tags expire April 2024, the registration has been paid but my tags cannot be renewed since I cannot get my truck smogged due to a check engine light on due to a particulate matter sensor being faulty. The truck was taken in to the service center in February of 2024 and the part was ordered. It is now two months later and when I called the dealership regarding its delivery they told me there has been people waiting since 2023 for the same part and that I would likely be waiting a year as well. So as of May 1, 2024 I will no longer be able to drive my truck due to its expired tags that I cannot renew until the service is completed which may take up to a year. This is now affecting my life and my ability to conduct business as I need the truck everyday for work and personal use

    Currently 2021 Custom ordered Jeep Gladiator diesel. It was brought it in for service most recently on July 25th 2023. After breaking down for a sixth time with the same issue in ******* over 4th of July weekend. This episode cost me $2800.00 to tow my trailer back home. The Gladiator remained at Knight Jeep until August 2nd as I was told it was ready for pick up. As I met the service writer, questioned what was done & why I don't see the throttle control failure on the documents. She explain there was no problem found the vehicle was okay. I explained this was the 9th time it had been in for this issue, so how could it be okay? I start to drive away noticed the *** light was on. I get out walk back to the service area just as my service writer walks out and says I'm sorry. Your Jeep was not fixed we don't have parts. I questioned why I was told it was ready for picked up, she said sorry. I Mentioned I haven't had a vehicle for a week, how was I to get back home. She said take it home once the parts came in she would call me.Frustrated I leave go almost one hundred yards the check engine light comes on, *** flashes, traction control, service 4 -wheel drive. I go back asked to speak to a manager. **** comes out I explained everything to **** of all the brake downs and bad experiences I've encountered. ****, what would you like me to do? I told him the vehicle is unsafe to drive! I demanded a rental he declined. I work for the ******************* and presented my business card and badge. I mentioned Ive filed for lemon law. At once **** said take your vehicle and leave my dealership do not come back. I told **** the vehicle was unsafe to drive. **** blurted out, I do not care leave! I asked him once again your okay with me driving home an unsafe vehicle knowing this is gross negligence. He said leave and do not come back to our dealership again.
