The **** disclosures clearly state the Amount Financed, Annual Percentage Rate, and Finance Charge, along with Total of Payments as reflected in the Loan Agreement. The consumer was provided with a copy of the loan agreement.

    Right now loans have charged me 700% interest which should be illegal.
