Took all afternoon to complete application and sign forms.....deposit did not show up in bank account the next day...surprise surprise was then told that loan declined after they made me believe that I was approved and everything. Dont go with this company -- they are frauds, I'd give them lower then 1 star if I could

They are predatory lenders that create bigger financial stress for borrowers. I borrowed 1500 and the payoff is $10k. How in the helicopters is this legal.

Took out a $1500 loan as I was in a jam for funds due to an insurance payment. I called them and assumed I could pay off early, but life had other plans. Long story short, I ended up making 10 payments at $400 each! YES. $4000. I called them to settle. They agreed, and charged me another $500. This should be illegal in every state in the Country and the people that set this up arrested for wire fraud. Do not EVER get a loan from these unethical people. If everyone operated their business like these people, the World would be in chaos and completely broke. They are not here to help you. They are here to take advantage of you in your lowest moment.

Just got off the phone with them. Applied and everything. Called to see about the status. Basically, was told Id have to pay back thirty one hundred dollars for a five hundred dollar loan. Also, when I declined the Loan offer the guy was absolutely rude and would not take no for an answer, he questioned my financial intelligence, and I questions his since he somehow thought this loan was a great deal haha. Stay FAAARRR away from this company, VERY shady payday loan, I asked directly if they report the on time payments to the credit bureaus and couldnt get a straight answer. Basically they will only report if you miss a payment and it will negatively impact you. Such a shame that upstart would suggest then or have any type of affiliation with them. AWFUL

Misleading. They have this deal that sound Great have you sign and in the signing tell you if your denied they will take a fee.. So then within seconds they denied me with out reason and they expect you to still call them as to why.. However they had some other account number but wanted my account info over the phone so now that they denied me I gotta worry about my account being out there.

I am very disappointed in this loan company. I had to reach out and receive this predatory loan at a point in my life when I was desperate. I was under the impression I could pay off my loan early, however that is not the case. My original loan was $250. i have paid $117 a month for over a year. when I requested my pay off , it is $1100. I specifically asked if I could pay the loan off early without penalty and was told yes. However, you have to pay off all of the interest of your original loan amount so in truth, there is a penalty for pay it off early. When I asked to pay my payments in a different way, they sent me a voluntary wage garnishment form. so this company may be legal in their sense because people sign things at a point of desperation without realizing it. The target market for this loan is people who have bad credit and who are in desperate times to need money. I guess this is how predatory companies work, but it is very disappointing that this is allowed and legal.
