      Went to the store- **** **********, ******* at around ****pm on 01/23/24. Picked up 3 items, 2 were incorrectly priced, and I was moved to another register. The 3rd was also wrong, but was already paid for. The cashier purported to be the manager (African male acting strangely) said that all the prices in the store were probably wrong, but whatever is rung up is what I will pay and he didn't care. He then continued that I should leave his store as I was getting no corre ction regardless. He then walked away passing comments I did not hear. He was incredibly rude and condescending. If the roles were reversed he would be screaming discrimination ! I have not been able to get hold of corporate as they don't answer the phone and the one person I did get hold of did not understand me (English issue). It seems the actually prices charges is higher than what is posted on the shelves, and the supposed manager knows it. To say he was rude was an understatement and was uncalled for. I will not be going back and cannot, in any way recommend this business.

      absolute horrible working envirement, the place needs shut down, manager tries running the store with 2 or 3 people. Produce an milk is always left out days late and still sold. store is never mopped and when it is it is mopped with the same mops that are used for the restrooms. yes the floors your food is on is literally mopped with humans f**** the restrooms is always clogged and thus employees have to go to the restroom at burger king. The store needs shut down completely gross.

      I visited the 99 cents Store located in Arlington, ********* **********. I don't understand why the price is different at the register, versus the marked price. If something is marked $1.99 why is it being rounded off to $2.00. Price is marked $1.29 and charged $1.30. This is highway roberty. Imagine the millions of dollars the store is making at the end of the day. I don't believe this is legal. This needs to be investigated.

      The moment I get to the store, I get a small feeling that there is attention drawn to me from random people in the store. As I'm walking around, I noticed 2 other shoppers following me everywhere I go. As I the frozen foods in the back of the store, an employee comes from out from warehouse area and points to me while talking to another employee. I confront the employee and ask them why he pointed at me. He then asked if I came in with another person, in which, I had no I idea of who the employee was referring to. I replied to the employee, "No I came by myself". He shook his head and walked back to the warehouse. At this point, I'm a little irritated and wanted to complain to the manager. This is a case of racial profiling and the whole experience of shopping there was very unpleasant. I am deeply offended and will never shop there again. My intentions of my complaint is not to collect money from the business but to inform them of the unethical customer relations of their business.

      This store constantly cheating customers. They put price tag with ptice .99c, but on cashier check out charging 2, 3 sometimes 4 times higher of prices. **************** is **** and unfriendly.

      The cat food I tried to buy that they sold to me for $.10 was expired. I had no idea, but when I went to get more, they said it was only that price because it was expired. Now they are selling it at $1.00 for one can of expired food. I asked if they were still good and then they tried to sell it for $.50 a can. I tried calling to take them off the shelf. No answer.

      Store at ************************************ has the worst managers. I dont know where they hang out, but theres always a line to pay. Its not the cashiers fault. The manager on 3/15/23 just saunters up, shes horribly dressed, unprofessional when interacting with a customer. She can clearly see the long line of people and casually says I have to get a till. Takes her time, ******** along taking her sweet time. **************** ***** there.

      I've bought a set of lightbulbs for $5.44 inc tax at your sunset location in Los Angeles. They didn't fit so I returned them. Been told they don't refund so I been given a gift card instead. The clerk took 10 min to proceed. I could tell he clearly didn't know how to do it. After a awhile he just pretend mes and swapped it on the register and handed it to me. I've asked is it charged? He said yes. I asked for the receipt, he said there's not receipt for gift card. I found him a little sketchy but whatever i hate drama. A week later I come to use the card and, unsurprisingly, the card was... empty.... He basically was fed up not being able to charge the gift card that he literally just gave me an empty one. I've asked to talk to the manager. She swiped the card, said well it's empty do you have a receipt? I told her that her employee gave me this card and when I asked for a receipt he said there's no receipt with gift card (he lied) so she just turned around and left me there. No sorry no trying to find a solution, no good bye. She just turned around and left. And mind you I'm a very kind person that avoid scandals by all cost. I was kind all the way. The fact that I was let down twice at location, plus twice at your ******** service online that never replied says a lot about your company and shady employees
