            The *** in *********** sent me information about Maravilla Foundation and after reading about it and going thru the requirements to apply, I printed out the application and all supported documents listed in the application form.I filled out the application, printed out all required documents, reviewed each one, checked marked the application to make sure I was submitting every details listed, and put the entire package in a manila envelope, and mailed it to them. I spent $10.00 in postage and prints.This was done January 19th, 2024.Today, February 16th, 2024, I called Maravilla to check the status of my application, and the representative told me that it had been denied because I had not submitted proof of income, which I did, when I said that I had proof that I did, she changed to that I had not submitted the electrical bill, which I did, then she said that she couldnt help me, and transfer me to a voicemail where I left a detailed message, but nobody has called.I spent time and money, and completed step by step the application.There is absolutely no reason to why they denied this application other than pure incompetence , very unfortunate.

            I have completed an application two times and they keep returning it stating that I am missing documents. I have spoken to others and it is the same thing!! What are these unprofessional people doing with the funding!!!! It would be nice if they processed applications instead of wasting money and sending applications back claiming they were incomplete. DO BETTER MARAVILLA FOUNDATION!!!!
