      I ordered from a company known as:*********. They offer AI Robots. I purchased three of these AI Robots (staiiy advertised them as "Black Friday sale buy 1 get 1 free More Fun For Kids x3") on 11/12/2022, for $92.67. My order number is:*****************. My payment cleared for $92.67 at a place called*************************. I then received an email that my order had been shipped on 11/21/2022 and gave me a tracking number: *******************. My order arrived in ******** on 12/01/2022 @ 13:19pm. There are ten cities with the ******** name, the closest to me is*************. I received a package in my small mailbox from '4PX express ***************************************** ***************** on 12/07/2022 that I did NOT order. My local post office has informed me that my AI Robots aren't at my local post office.

      Through this company the site with my tracking number states that it was delivered to my city, ************************. It does not state where in ************. I have gone to the post office in ************ and they informed me that the tracking number was a fake. I tried to email the tracking company and the email is a fake. ****************** is my tracking number. I have been communicating with someone through email from the company I purchased the items from and he is refusing to refund my money. ********************** is his email. This is what is stated on the shipping company's site about my packages.       According to the company's tracking website, my package arrived at a USPS facility in Brunswick, GA (closer to home) and then was supposed to be given to USPS to be delivered. In this case, they have yet to. Their tracking info says they took the package to Albany instead. Meanwhile, I have made hundreds of attempts to get a hold of both 4PX and USPS to find out why this package is still yet to be delivered and all I kept getting was robotic calls and no human operator. 4PX is likely to play a game of tennis with this package and this needs to stop. I have waited more than 2 weeks for this package and we still have yet to get it.

      I bought some items from a company called Uniqso and they used 4PX as their shipping company. I never received my items even though it has said delivered for the past week now.

      As you can see in the screenshots this company claims to have delivered my package. When I checked my mailbox it wasn't there. I also checked many of the post offices around me to see if they have it. Nothing. It says it was delivered on the 16th on this month. It has not been. I would like to recieve my package with the tracking number 4PXXXXXXXXXXXXXXCN. If that isn't possible I would like a refund from this company as this is not a problem with Uniqso.com.

However, As i am neither the Shipping partner nor that original sender - they don't have any option to take any request to retrieve the package so it is suggested to contact **** for retrieving the package. ************ will be involved as soon as it is confirmed no mistake is made from their end.

      I ordered a 3 pc set of gold wedding rings on 3-20 Finally, after 24 days and 3 refudsed refund requests and 3 disputes, i received 3 nickel gold painted womens rings. I tried to contact the seller many times with no luck. I would like to know how to get my refund ASAP

      This business works with fraudulent sellers. I recently purchased an animated batman ornament after watching a video on a Facebook ad of the ornament in action. When I received the package (UPS #eVS XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX), instead of the large electronic animated ornament advertised, it contained a PHOTO of the ornament encased in plastic, attached to a cheap keychain. For this worthless piece of trash I paid $33.97. The seller is listed on my PayPal receipt as 东è��市ç��é��ç"�子商务æ��é��公司, and the transaction ID is 1MXXXXXXFYXXXXXXE.

      I ordered something on May 26 I kept an eye on it, as it was being shipped from China and knew it might take a month to get here. The package made it to Salt Lake City (my general area, but still an hour or so away) and all information from the tracking site was lost. It is October 5, the tracking still says it's only been 17 days, and is still in SLC. I attempted to email 4PX, but their contact form on the website is broken. I tried a month ago as well, same result. 4PX Order Number: ************
