Recent purchase from this company resulted in poor quality, ill fitting (sizing incorrect) items. I paid $180 for these 5 itemsSCAM!! Do not purchase from them. They claim they will reimburse me $136 only: thats their final offer. They dont follow their own return policy. They gave me a ***** address to return them haha! On 09/06/2023 I ordered a dress from an online company, ******. They debited my PayPal acct $54.97. When I received the dress it was nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. I contacted them via email for return and refund information. They will not accept returns and offered me a $15.00 refund! I refused that initial offer, so they offered a $25.00 refund. That is unacceptable, I paid twice that!! This is a clear example of deceptive trade and this company needs to be held accountable!Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 3 items. Kept 2 of 3 items. Order #******* Cannot get through to either of phone numbers listed. Received 2 different replies. I could either accept $15 or $20 for the dress and keep it. Not interested in that selection! This is NOT let s make a deal. Want a full refund!! Then I was told I could mail it back myself to the ********************!! What kind of legitimate clothing is this?? I purchased clothing totaling $164.30. It took almost a month to receive even though I was charged right away and I did not receive an invoice or packing slip. The problem is I dont like any of the merchandise but Papaya will not give me a return address so I can return the items. Instead they offered for me to keep the clothing & only take $32 for compensation. This is not acceptable. I should be able to return my items with a full refund.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was 4/6/23. Ordered 3 shirts from ****** at a total of $107.97. Shirts were never delivered and keep getting the runaround from customer service. Tracking # **************************. The tracking status has been the same for 17 days. I don't believe this is a legit company and I think I have been scammed. Bought clothing from Papaya Clothing. They will accept returns for money back and I asked that they replace 2 items with another size and they are charging me shipping. I sent emails from 2 different addresses b/c they do not respond. On one email they offered to refund ***** and asked that I pay 15 shipping to get the 2 new sizes. On the other they offered 12 dollar refund and asked that I pay 17 dollars shipping. I would like a refund on 2 shirts and replacement of 2 shirts. On March 4, 2023, at around 7ish, my sister, son, and I walked inside the store and saw a rack that stated it was 80% off. The rack only had jeans and the original price along with the orange tag stated $26.99. Now 80% of $26.99 is **** before taxes and thats rounding. Now we stayed a bit longer looking at other items, but when it came to check out, the lady told me the total was $9.35. I asked her if she had applied the 80% off and she stated yes. I bought the product and noticed she had put 60% off original price and then did a 20% off the 60% discounted priced. I told her that was not 80% of $26.99. Now Im here complaining because they are false advertising inside the store. If it was going to be 60% off plus 20% off discounted price and they were advertising that, I would be complaining. I just would like to receive my $3.96 back and for them to either change the tag, discount the pants with the orange tag to the 60% discount and then add a sign that states additional 20% off because the way they are doing the sign is false advertising. You can literally go to any store and it states how their discounts are, they need to do the same! Thats all, thank you .Initial Complaint
