I ordered 2 dresses at total cost $94. Company website states returns are accepted within ************************************ exchange instrucations, the company offered me a $30 refund to just keep the dresses. Neither fit, so they are no use to me and full refund was expected. Very disappointed with poor business practices.

I ordered a dress on line from Papaya. The site said their clothes are made in **************. Not true. I waited about 6 weeks and when it arrived it was the wrong style. I tried to get a return label but they offered me $7.00 to keep it but I said no. They then offered me $9.00 which I also refused. The third offer was$22.00 at which time I said I really just wanted to return it. They replied that the shipping would be very expensive. I asked why the shipping for such a lightweight package would cost so much. They said their returns go to *****. I gave up at that point and took the $22.00. the dress is not what I ordered and of poor quality. Their business practices are deceitful.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM pappya_shop The clothes on the website looks good. I bought 3 items from pappya_shop on in Feb. The items were delivered on March. I tried the clothing, the fit was wrong in addition the quality of the fabric was cheap and poorly made so I requested a refund at the email address provided serviceatpappya.com. I have attached the email communication. pappya_shop is making it extremely difficult to return ******. I will take pappya_shop to small claims court. This review would not have been posted without choosing a star, hence 1 star, but PAPAYA does not deserve any stars

My mother ordered a sweater, two dresses, and two blouses. Everything came in and she loved the sweater, but it had a hole. The other items were just a little too small and one "dress" looked like an old nightgown. She wanted to send it back and order a bigger size. She was told they wouldn't accept the returns, and the most they would do for her was to give her a $25 credit for the defective sweater. The sweater was $45!!! Horrible company and I have told everyone I know not to order from this company. Such a scam! You ship out defective items and refuse to take those back and provide ones that are not damaged. What you offered was not right and you made $20 off of her without an item that she can wear.

I purchase items on line. They indicated they will accept returns. However, they fail to mention the return address is in *****. Customer must pay cost!. Terrible. Also very poor quality of product.

This is my first time being racial profile against when in the dressing room. I went to Papaya clothing store located at 8001 S Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, FL and while I am in the dressing room Beatriz an employee touch the curtain to the dress room while I was exposed asking me how many garnments did I have in the dressing room. I informed her that I have 6 garnments and i would appreciate if she move away as I do not have any clothes on. She continue to ask me how many garnments did i have. I gave her the number 6 tag in then my sister walked up. I told my sister about the incident and she then lied and said that she did see me expose which a lie because i did not have my shirt on when I gave her the tag because she refuse to leave from the curtain in the dressing room. I reported it to the assistance manager and nothing happen to this employee. I also contacted Natasha her manager and she stated that she did not think her employee meant no harm about what she did. A customer have the right to privacy while trying on garments in any store. I also did not like how she was try to covertly apply that I was trying to steal because I work for a living and has never stolen anything in my life. I have no criminal record and I live a productive life. I did not appreciate her treating me like an animal instead of a human being no one wants anyone to touch any dressing room where their breast are exposed asking me how many garments do I have. This is my worst treatment that I have ever receive in store. No woman have the right to walk in on another in any dressing room. This is appropriate behavior for any employee. Because I am black I except employees to follow me around any store because I am black this has happen several of time in my life but I draw the line when you are touching my dressing room curtain. This is not acceptable at all especially when you see me expose.
