10/30/2021 Late last night, after 1am, my family and I came to Louis Burgers through drive-thru and placed a $73.43 order, which included: 1 Chili cheese pastrami fries with grilled onions, crispy 1 Bacon Burger 1 Colossal cheese burger 1 Chili fries 1 Pastrami sandwich 1 French fries 1 Chili cheese pastrami fries 1 medium soft drink, root beer 1 1000 dressing After I got dropped off at home and prepared myself to eat, my order was not correct. My French fries were missing from my order and I asked for my pastrami to be French dipped, which is the only way that I have been eating it for over 40 years. I spoke to***** and told him the situation and his reply was, "Just bring the ******* pastrami back!" I couldn't come back because I didn't drive. I only wanted him to know what happened so they could make sure it didn't happen again but he was ugly to me and I didn't like that, regardless to my reaction because I'm a disgruntled customer, he should ALWAYS remain professional and try to fix the situation and he didn't. I called the next day and spoke to a guy manager named something like "*******" or something and he told me he couldn't help me and he didn't have time and hung up in my face. I'm really upset about the situation. I'm tired of people not being professional in the workplace. I've been patronizing with this establishment since I were a kid, my grandparents used to take us there. Louis Burgers has been a staple in our community for over 40 years and I know I wasn't the only kid that my parents took us to Louis to reward us for a job well done, or a good report card, or when I had my first period...This is where we came, not to mention that when we were old enough to go to clubs and dances, we always came to Louis Burgers on the way home, like we did the other night coming home from our high school homecoming game and tailgate party only to be disappointed when I got home.
