    I preordered a rear locking seat box July 2023. They took the money out, but still have not received the box or when ask for a refund or any correspondence I get non back. I even take time out to call and left messages and now the mail box is full.Highly disappointed in this business

    They took my money in September. It is four months later and I have received nothing. My emails are unanswered and their answering machine has no space to record any message I might want to leave them. Poor business practices...never have I encountered anything as bad as this company. I am so glad I only ordered a fairly inexpensive item from them. Do not order from them!

    Extremely sad to find the lack of customer service for this US based company. Most want US based companies to succeed (me included), but when you literally have zero (not even bad) customer service, it's nearly impossible to do business. No responses to multiple emails. Literally over 100 calls and the voicemail was full each time, so the ** states they will return calls on the weekend. I called each day at various hours and got the ** filled each time (I can't imagine it filled up within an hour of them checking it...meaning they didn't check it.). Looked online and for several years very few people had good things to say about them. I wish they'd either get somebody to run it, sell it, or close it down. This is bad for everyone involved and I think they have an audience that wants their services, but it's like they just walked away but left the credit card point of sale turned on with the lights off in the shop. So sad.Called, emails, texted, and facetimed with no results.

    No communication what's so ever. My order never shipped. They do not answer the phone anf the mailbox is full. I'm going to dispute this with paypal. Do not order form them!

    Based on their track record with other customers and myself, I can honestly say I would not ever recommend anyone do business with them.They do not respond to formal inquiries about my order, nobody answers the phone. What good is a phone for business if no one actually uses it?I think I saw notice of shipment via ***** in June but it never arrived and i've lost my email w/tracking info. I kept my order receipt.The order status page shows no sign of it being shipped.I've waited over 2 months for an order that is now very overdue, i'm disputing the charges with my payment processor as of right now. They appear to still be accepting pre-orders for the same item they haven't delivered to me. If others have experienced what I have, that means they are taking the money and not delivering! The BBB's link to their business license doesn't point to a page with their info, it's just the *** website which is not helpful. So I have to assume their license doesn't exist.
