They spam call me several times a month. Today on a whim I picked up and the telemarketer couldnt even refrain from fighting with her bf on the other end. They couldnt even professionally spam me ??.

West Coast Windows and Home Improvements has a call center.
Occasionally we have complaints from homeowners that would like us not to call them anymore.
Simplest thing to do, let us know at the time of the call. Our employees are quick to remove any number out of our dialing list. Seems strange just to post here and not let us know at the time of the call.
I searched your name in our dialing system as well as the other complaint that was filed a previous day on the BBB Board, there is no evidence of any calls that went out to this particular individual nor the other. I even emailed them both for the number in case it was under a different name. No responses by either complaint.
Our Company made no call to this individual.
Just a note for anyone receiving a call for energy upgrades from our company at the time of the call let us know your wishes to be removed and we will remove you from our list.
We take this type of complaint very seriously. We know we can't do business with someone that's not interested and wants no phone calls, in fact, when a consumer is called, and they wish to be removed from our data base, it is done asap!
We also try to save that relationship by removing their number but to remember us for future reference if ever they need energy upgrades to allow us an opportunity, we will in return give them a free assessment as well as a free quote.
Seems to me we have a possible troll to make things look as if they are not.

1 starOver price and lied about the work that would be done I had my roof done on the garage they didn't inform me they would be tearing off the roof they just showed up and it rained all over my stuff inside the garage a lot of damage done And they did not clean up after themselves I had to clean up all of the debris from tearing down the roofing on garage Also had the coating done on my house they were supposed to Sand all wood and replace any damage wood Said they wouldn't remove all chip paint They only sanded the facia boards And painted over the rest of the chip paint They were also supposed to match the garage roof to the existing shingles on my house they've used a completely different material Nothing was completed as the sales rep Said it would be very disappointed And I would not recommend this company to anyone and Now I'm expected to pay the full price for only half the work being done
