            **** from Aqua Pool Service, in ********. I had him install a new pump in Dec., 2023, where it took him almost 3 weeks, and he left it sitting on top to two pieces of plastic pipe for supportsuper funky, and sits crooked, but at least it works. We had to finish installing the ground wire. Then he increased the installation price by almost $200, because he said it didnt fit right inhe knew that when he quoted the price.Five months later, we give him another call about the heater. He said its too old, no parts available, need to replace. I clear the proposed replacement with him, he says, buy whatever you want, Ill install it for $600. Two weeks later, he says its installed..but its not working! It has an LO code, and doesnt work on any setting. When he initially left saying it was installed, he left the spa draining into the pool with an LO code on the heater. Then he texted me bill for $795, $195 more than his quote, and complained it didnt fit in the exact same wayof course not, he knew the old Hayward heater was 19 years old and this was a new one.. The installation is a botch job, with the heater sitting crooked and jammed up against the water lines. No sediment trap installed in the gas lineno better than his awful pump installation; never again!!! Do not use this guy; and hes rude as heck and now threatening me. I told him hed get whatever is left of the $600, after I get it repaired so it actually works.

            Unlicensed contractor gave a bid of ******* dollars. No written bid. Final bill over *****. Called him back on a warrant issues a few days after he finished and he told me to call old pool service company which I did and they came out and repaired his unprofessional installation at a cost of ****. I was supposed to have a 2 year warranty. Turns out I didnt get a 2 day warranty. This *********************** is a pool guy from h*** and I hope he cant do to anyone else what he did to me.
