AD approached me after I registered my small business on ****, they claimed to be " web designers" and offered to build me a website, get me Googl verified and "get me at the top of the page". I naively gave them access to a website i was currently struggling to finish/launch on my own, they took control of my BRANDED Domain name and gave me a completely different domain/ URL messed up ALL my branded marketing materials. I HATED what they created for me, swear everyone was deaf or dumb because NOBODY would listen to what I wanted. They created a service that I had no knowledge of and the website was un-informative, cluttered and ugly! I ultimately told them I dont want their services PERIOD and i want my money back because the only thing this company has done for me is drain my bank account and systematically ruined my business to the point where I may have to shut down and get another job in order to pay my bills. What in the h*** am I paying for? I don't want a re-direct phone number or a re-direct email! I need to be able to be in touch 100% of the time with potential clients in order for my business to thrive & grow. The pictures they chose for my business were inaccurate and I eventually found my business in ****** search engine at the very bottom of page 17. Wow! Thanks for nothing!Ad.IQ

I was contacted by a woman calling saying that ad IQ was a ****** partner and they lied about that and tried to make me think they were ****** and signed me up for a guaranteed three month for a specified amount of money but then they had me talk to someone and added something but didn't tell me by adding that it made it a year contract and I had problems from them on the logo was my name in a different font which was awful I expected more and it got worse they didn't answer calls and no communication just tried to take my money and do nothing I pray this company goes out of business because they are rotten to their core how they could ruin a small business with deceptive practice I Intend to have them investigated by the attorney general for bad business practices. Shame on them and do not trust themAd.IQ

1 starSigning up with AdIQ was the worst decision I ever made for my business. They promised guaranteed calls and rise in my business. And in the 6 months I waited I never got a single call or lead from any of their efforts. Furthermore I got suspended twice and am still currently waiting to be appealed. They claimed I was ranking on the first page but failed to prove that claim and conveniently couldnt because of the suspension. When I tried to cancel and say that they were not honoring their end of the contract to work for free if I was not ranking on the 1st page of ******, I asked them instead to have the last 2 months taken off my bill, they told me that I wouldnt be able to cancel and that they would continue billing me until my payments were paid. They are absolute thieves, taking advantage of small business like mine and Im sure many others. Never again will I allow these frauds anywhere near my business and I suggest others reading this take heed and do the same. Do not fall for this absolute scam of a marketing agency.Review fromCarl R

1 starI am the owner of A ***********************, and my experience with Ad.iq was nothing short of disastrous. After they reached out to offer help in getting my business on the front page of ******, I hired them, trusting that they would improve my already successful dispensary website. Instead, they completely replaced it with a basic, subpar website without my consent. To make matters worse, they managed to get my site flagged by ******, which caused significant damage to my business. When I attempted to cancel their services and expressed my concerns, their response was both vindictive and unprofessional. In just four days under contract with them, I lost thousands of dollars due to their incompetence and negligence. It's clear that Ad.iq lacks the expertise they claim to have. I highly advise anyone considering their services to do thorough research and steer clear of this company. Their tactics are deceptive, and they are completely untrustworthy.Review fromJosh D

BE CAREFUL, SCAM !!!! This company promises you excellent service, it creates a dashboard just to have all your information and your IP address, they write your name in an apparent agreement they never told you about, and type your name so they can say you agreed, which is illegal. They say they have your IP address and your "signed" name, but IP addresses can be obtained in numerous ways. Their service charges appear and appear, and when you complain, they offer free service for a year, but what service, if they don't provide anything in the first place. This company is a total fraud, and it is a detriment to your business. Do not be fooled by the good reviews. That is the only work they do - hide the bad reviews with positive fake ones.Ad.IQ

1 starWas guaranteed some type of exposure, kept taking money out, after they said 3 months for $300 i tell her that's what was said, she goes on and says that's not what happened, i tell her to look at the transcript, i mean it was recorded, and she says otherwise, i ask for a copy of it, she sends me the agreement, not the transcript, horrible services, i have not gotten anything they advertised and charged me $600 for 3 months with nothing to show for it, i asked for a refund and they are refusing, they are unprofessional and are embezzling money.Review fromJoe M

1 starHORRIBLE, so AD.IQ reached out to me through Yelp as a ******* partner" giving me the impression that they were through ****** directly and sold a marketing program to me with a website that was ***************** generated (they claim it wasn't but it was). SERIOUSLY? A freaking 8 year old could've made a better website with less effort! They didn't add half of the info i provided and added just a ton of incorrect and down right fraudulent information and pictures for the website that i did not submit or approve of. It made my business look like something it was not...they even listed stuff in the descriptions that would actually make my business model look bad! They made a promise on search engine optimization and using "key words" to help you get more recognition from the ****** algorithm, but this is something that GoDaddy and other providers already do for much, much cheaper or they include it in their package already! i tried to get in touch with their marketing team and they were slow to respond and when i was able to connect with them via phone, The staff was rude and disrespectful at times, including the supervisor who was a complete jerk! they also said they would refund me my cancellation fee if i promised not to leave a bad review....i said i would consider it and i have lol, so if they try to charge me again I'm disputing the charges anyway... now after you do damage control and unscrew your website that they didn't even give the same name as the domain, it sounded dumb. finally getting them on the phone they will try and bully you into staying on board with them and keep wasting your money. A few of the staff that I've talked to made me feel stupid at times and were kind of rude and disrespectful. These guys are complete hacks scammers and frauds! They will literally BS you every way they can with that "MuH nINeTy dAyZ" c*** and try to talk you into staying on with them, seriously shame on them!STAY AWAY! these people are trash!Review fromThomas M

1 starI am a small business owner whose license recently got approved. ********************** was the first advertisement company to reach out to me after finding my page on Yelp. I've used their services to create a website for me and to make my company more searchable on ******* Shortly after, I canceled their services because I was told that they could use the domain name I had already secured and paid for but, however, this was a lie. Their website designer created and used a completely different website address without my approval. The address they chose was too specific to one type of service and very misleading. The majority of all of the information about my company and the services I provide was inaccurate, misleading, and some were falsely advertising the type of service I provide despite that I provided information prior. The worst part about it is that the website went live for the whole world to see without my approval. I've requested for a revision and the website designer argued that the domain name I secured could not be used because its not optimized for their plan of having an SEO website. They offered to work with me to make sure I have a good experience but by that point, my actions led me to believe that they cannot be trusted to uphold the standards of how I want my company to be viewed by the public. The other bogus part is that their contract states that I am allowed up to 3 revisions and after that, I would have to pay $75 an hour. They waived the cancellation fee, which I am grateful for, but they were unable to accept my request for a full refund despite being lied to. My company is new and my funds are extremely limited for advertising because I am currently not generating enough revenue to support my family and for them to not approve a refund is baffling and a full refund would help rectify the overall experience. I do not recommend this company as they will create a website in their own vision that will more than likely not align with yours.
