Tidy.com charged me for a service I had never received.I tried to order same day cleaning. I was notified twice, that no house cleaner could come to my home. They cancelled on me. I did not cancel on them. I wanted them to come.I have multiple Tidy accounts. I have never received any cleaning service from them. They charged my credit card on 9/18 for $164. I have never received any services from them and they have never set foot in my house. I would like a full refund.Initial Complaint

I have been attempting to book housecleaning services through Tidy. I am visually impaired and requested assistance from them after attempting and failing to book an appointment. They refused assistance They will only communi they wil through their ap. I should have quit then. I managed, with the help of a friend, to get an appointment booked for September 15 at 2PM. At 1:40 [ received a text message advising me my appointment had benn canceled, but I could get a same day appointment with another cleaner through the ap. I immediately requested this and was advised there would be a 50% surcharge for a same day appointment. I protested the surcharge and they did nor respond. I was informed at 4;30 by text they could not provide me service today and had credited me $20 towards my next service for my inconvenience. They precharged my credit card and refusetorefundme have failed to reasonably accommodate my low vision. They canceled without adequate notice. Ithey have been paid.Initial Complaint

Ive been using the app “tidy for pros” for about 1.5 moths. Ive been subject of scam and a racist episode for a client from Tidy due when she came she started yelling at me and speaking up racist comments against immigrants as “if you don’t know how tor read what’s the app said, you are an ignorant ”, why if you are immigrant you don’t know how to clean a move out “…. The quality of immigrants coming to this country is low IQ” so on. Tidy took 35$ fees due to “didn’t stay full time”less a bonus they offered if you complete the cleaning service. Tidy its been taking highest fees under unfair policies . The concierge about the racist episode hasn’t been responded yet plus today a client ask me to set up a different day when I was on the way and TIDY took 40 $ from my account for “no show” . I have more than 340$ and TIDY is still taking money that I made with hard work. Tidy never response on time and when they do are predetermined emails no according with you specific caseInitial Complaint

On June 10, 2021 I tried to hire a cleaning service for my son. we needed same day appointment. Tidy said that they could provide someone and would let me know more info after I paid I paid ****** and then was told they will let me know if they find someone and I should wait until to 7pm to see if they could. I told them I could not wait and wanted refund. They ended up charging my cc and I attempted to get a refund for several weeks and could not remember my sign in info. They would not provide me with it to request he refund. So I filed a dispute and they denied my request even though I have email and messages stating that they owed me the money. I was then told if I drop the dispute they would refund me so I did. It is now 2 weeks since I dropped the dispute and they will no longer answer my messages or request for refund. There is no phone number to call the company and the only way to get in touch is through messages and email. They do not seem like a legit company to me.
