I feel like the whole experience was a huge waste of money. My husband and I went together to get our brains scanned, because me and our four adult children, 29 yo-36 yo, have all been concerned about my husband/their Dad's memory. Dr. ****** met with my husband, myself and one of our children sharing very serious concerns and we were brushed off. She said she'd have to speak with her team before recommending a neuropsych eval to test for memory issues, even though two parts of his brain scan showed they were operating at 45% less O2 than normal. Everything was like pulling teeth, our concerns brushed off. We went to a neurologist where we live and she told us the brain scans don't help, because they don't offer treatment just very expensive supplements are offered as a remedy. The neurologist immediately was concerned on his intake and we are currently on the waitlist to get a neuropsych eval done locally. My advice, get your supplements elsewhere and save the thousands of dollars. Our grandson also had a scan done 4 years ago because of multiple issues, it's been of little to no help. **** clinic just pushes their supplements with no tangible help provided and the patients concerns aren't listened too. We were offered though, to come back within six months to take advantage of their special half price special repeat brain scan to see how the supplements are helping. SERIOUSLY?!

I cancelled our son's appointment and **** clinic would not refund my deposit of $500.00 because we did not cancel within 3 days after signing up. What are they going to do with our DEPOSIT!!Amen Clinics

As per our patient policies, when a patient no-show's for a scheduled scan appointment, we retain the deposit to cover our expenses for materials we order for the scan (specific to that patient), and when a patient no-show's for an appointment with a provider, we charge for any lost provider time. If this kind of help is available to the fortunate few who can afford it, Why isn't it available to everyone in this nation? This seems to be a huge issue in this nation. There is information and technology available to help everyone but not everyone recieves it. Technology and advancements need to be shared openly with all health care facilities and providers. No one should be held hostage due to income or lack of money.Amen Clinics

1 starThe sales representatives are incompetent and lack the intelligence to resolve billing issues. The company engages in fraudulent activity, and ************ is a con artist. F*** his quack company. They steal money and ship products after you canceled subscriptions. ************ trains staff to steal and not resolve issues. Its California, crime is legal there. ***** was the accepting patient at the front desk. I brought my 10-year-old son for treatment. She was graceful and thorough in making sure our appointment went smoothly. She was able to explain the procedure and what to expect. It was my first time, and everything went well, all on time.Amen Clinics

I have worked with ************ since 2010 beginning with the brain scan for my 22 year old daughter. Since then I have referred many of my own clients to him, and now my daughter's daughter. I've always received information that has helped the individuals. His work is brilliant and the results have been life changing. Knowing what causes certain behavior issues helps to keep the individuals off medications, and understanding reactions to life-stimuli allows all of us to know how to live without the stress from confusion and frustration. His books have also been helpful.I would not know how to help these individuals without these scans, books, and expert guidance from ************ and/or his associates. Especially for my family. ***** for his research, work, and kindness to those who struggle.Amen Clinics

We first experienced Amen clinics 8 years ago and were so pleased. We decided to go back for some new scans and follow *** and the customer service experience has been horrendous!!!! What on earth happened? We have had to wait weeks after scans to speak to a doctor when 8 years ago all was direct and fast. They send you confirmations in multiple time zones for your appointments and when you point out problems they hang up the phone on you or instead of apologizing they tell you you are wrong. Who on earth are you hiring to handle customer service? You would think that for a $5,000 fee the focus would be on patient care? Maybe the celebrity status is more important now. Its truly heartbreaking.Amen Clinics

I have been with the *********** for 2 years. It took so much for me to reach out to them but I'm so thankful I did and, I had the resources to do so. I truly wish everyone could experience this type of care. There would be a lot less devastation, grief and suffering and a lot more understanding, care and hope.From the start Dr.****** has made me feel incredibly safe, listened to, and so cared for. His compassion and empathy is something Ive never felt by any other person in my life. Im not sure I ever will.Because of him, his wonderful Care Coordinator - *******, their combined care, appointments, follow-**** emails/reminders, Im now feeling better than I have in so many years.******* is truly precious and she deserves to be celebrated along with Dr. ******* They pay such great attention to detail and their thoroughness in needs. I had the most wonderful experience at amen! I felt very heard and understood when communicating about my struggle with medication and finding the right fit. I felt like I had been doing trial and error with other doctors for years who just kept prescribing medicine and told me I would probably need them for the rest of my life. I expressed to ************** that I didn't want to be dependent on a medication and I would like to understand what was going on and how I could best fix it. He was totally on board and explained in great detail what he noticed in my SPECT scans and what he thought could work for me. The then talked to me about my medication options and we picked one together. After a couple months, I realized the immense change in my quality of life for the better. He also created a plan to get me off of them once I find other solutions via different therapies or lifestyle changes. I couldn't be more grateful for my experience with the Amen clinic.Amen Clinics
