      I downloaded my credit report from Clarity Services. After reviewing my report, there are two fraudulent names and addresses on my report. There is a ******************************* with a date of 9/12/2020 and *********************** with a date of 3/31/2020. There is a date of birth on my report for 4/9/1958 and my actual birthdate of 5/1/1969. I was not born on 4/9/1958. There are two addresses to two different states that I have never resided in: *************************************** with a date of 3/31/2020 and *********************************************** with a date of 9/12/2020. It has me as owning a home on 9/12/2020 and I have never owned a home. It has an unknown housing date of 8/10/2023 and a rent date of 3/31/2020 which would be accurate because I have been renting for over 10 years. It also lists a telephone number of ************, and ************, two numbers that I have never had or know where they are located. It has an email address that I am not familiar with or ever had as ******************* with a date of 3/31/2020. I also noticed that my address is not current. I have not resided in that unit for 3 years now. I am still in the same apartment building complex, but in a different unit. This is another reason I am concerned because of old data not being updated.

      Furthermore, as you can see from the information above, your agency is not reporting accurate information. According to [15 USC 1681e] (b), Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report, it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual to whom the report relates.You are in violation of the ***** [15 USC 1681b] (a)(2): (a) In general. Subject to subsection (c), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other:(2) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I offer my testimony herein that I have not authorized or given anyone access to my private and confidential records and certainly not the information you're reporting.My rights were violated, especially my right to privacy, according to [15 USC 1681] (a)(4) There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumers right to privacy.I, therefore, demand that you immediately delete the items specified above from my consumer file with your agency. Failure to do so will require that I take appropriate legal action.All these violations are a direct violation of 15 USC 1681. No consent is identity theft, and these violations are Aggravated Identity theft, according to [18 USC 1028A] (a)(1). You have knowingly transferred, possessed, and used, without lawful authority, a means of identification of me, which is a felony punishable up to 2 years of imprisonment, in addition to civil liability.For damages, I am invoking my rights as a consumer pursuant to 15 USC 1681(n) civil liability, and I demand compensation for every violation listed below;1 2 3 4 5 6 Permissible purpose $1000 Defamation of character $1000 Damaged reputation $1000 Damaged credit worthiness $1000 Damaged mode of living $1000 Infringed on right to privacy $1000 Cease the reporting of this erroneous and deceptive information on my consumer report.       November 3, 2023 clarity services received my dispute that I mailed in. I sent in a copy of my drivers license, Social Security card, proof of residence, and all the paid in full letters. I spoke to a representative in December. Who told me they were still working on the dispute. Then I called back January 12 and she admitted that they had the dispute over 30 days and didnt complete it. I have voice recordings from them showing that they are in the wrong. I will also include reference numbers from almost every time I called, requesting a supervisor. Ive been calling for two months and a supervisor wont call me back.       i recently received my Clarity Report and I saw a lot of inaccuracies that need to be deleted. These inaccuracies are not In Accordance With (IAW) the **** and I demand that my credit file be corrected. I never gave Clarity *** permission or my consent to share my information and it must stop now. I have the right to privacy and Clarity Services Inc. is mandated to ensure 100% accuracy in reporting, and this is not happening. DELETE THESE INCORRECT NAMES: ****** *****************************, ***********************, *****************************. CORRECT NAME: *************** ********. DELETE THESE INCORRECT ADDRESSES: *************************************************************************************, ***************************************************************. CORRECT ADDRESS: ***********************************************************************. Therefore my rights are being violated monthly according to 15 U.S. Code 1681e - Compliance Procedures, Accuracy of Report, and 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - Responsibilities of furnishers... This Negligent noncompliance of reporting inaccurate information on my credit reports must stop now. I've also never given you permission to give my information to anyone, which is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes. Please delete this inaccurate personal information and afterwards have an updated credit file mailed to me. I wrote this complaint by myself, with no help.

      According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681: I have the right to privacy. However, there is personal information on my credit report that I do not want on that needs to be removed. Also, according to 15 USC 6802: Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, a financial institution may not, directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information, unless such financial institution provides or has provided to the consumer a notice that complies with section 6803 of this title.These are clear violations of my Federally Protected Consumer Rights.

      All false information is on my consumer report. I am a certified victim of identity theft and fraud. My identity theft report number is *********. I have never took out any personal loans, please remove all charge offs, collections, inquiries, and my names, addresses and social security numbers are not accurate. I have not signed any contracts and I have not received and original Al contracts in which I requested. Please remove all negative items off my credit profile. I contacted ****** to services and ask for them to investigate and remove the an ***************** from my consumer report that they are legally reported and I requested specifically the last original application, bury my signature. They have not been able to provide such prove to me. This is a violation of the fair credit reporting act, and the disputed items may not appear on my credit report, if it cannot be supported by any evidence or proof.
