      THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. THERE IS NO OPTION TO REACH A LIVE PERSON AND ITS RIDICULOUS. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING AND I CAN NOT REACH ANYONE TO ASSIST ME. i WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION

      I have been charged for two years on experian - i have to dispute it every month with my credit card company and recently just cancelled the card completely bc of experian. When you call the number, you cannot get a live agent. My social and my phone number do not bring up an account so they say I don't have one and hang up (automated). There is no email to contact and I've even sent a letter to the address they have online only to be charged again and again and have to dispute it again and again. It may be the worst customer service I've ever experienced because there is NO customer service. I'm so frustrated that I have to completely cancel my cc bc of this company and I think people should know. Thank you!

      Locked out of account. System request phone number for text or call for verification - Which never happens. Unable to reach a live person. When I finally spoke to a representative, she said she would transfer me to the correct department. When I advised her I wanted to speak to a live agent she said she was transferring me to a live agent. I was transferred back to the automated system.

      Someone has hacked into my Experian account and changed y login information. Experian instructs you to upload the documents to prove your identity. When you try to upload you are directed to am "error page". But the most frustrating part is that any number you call for Experian, you NEVER get to speak to ANYONE you are just left on hold for hours. I am unable to get into my Experian account which has been compromised and cannot speak to anyone.

      Cannot reach a real person and computer won't cancel membership. They are taking out ***** a month and I do not remember doing any of this. I had seven phone numbers and none give you a person. I want to get my money back.

      Experian Customer Support is very difficult to reach. I have been trying to call them over 2 hours and no live person after going through automated voice asking few informations. It says sorry we cannot transfer your call and says this is for those who need supports. It hung up right after. This makes no sense to me to be having this diffuclity to cancel or access your own account. Please refund and cancel my account completely.

      If I could give ZERO stars (0) I would. This has been the most frustrating thing Ive EVER had to do; and that is to simply speak to a person. The idiot robot cant do anything and hangs up if you ask to speak to a human. Not a single person works for this company basically. Ive had to send documents in to verify my identity. I sent these docs in over 2 months ago and have heard NOTHING. not a single thing. Ive left reviews, *** asked for callbacks, and I get nothing. I cant apply for an IMPORTANT credit product simply because this company is too **** to hire real people. The fact that we are limited on our lives from these 3 GIGA corporations is a scam. I will be leaving an executive complaint, and reporting to my state. This is absolutely unacceptable. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. IMPORTANT thing I need done but I am truly at a standstill. This company clearly cares a lot about its member base (especially when everyone is FORCED to be a member!) shut this company down.

      I have been locked out of my account, they have my personal information, and there's no real person to speak to. The error message keeps telling me that my birthday and my Social Security number don't match after giving them all of my other vital information.. That makes me concerned that someone else has access to my information. You are continuously put in a loop of useless suggestions by an AI bot with no solutions with customer service. They have every piece of my vital information and I don't know how to cancel it or remove that information. I feel very vulnerable and do not trust this company or their process. Please help.

      They dont actually do investigations on credit reports, the dont follow FCRA guidelines and credit reporting laws, the harm consumers reports by allowing inaccurate information to pile up on reports and send automated responses when you try to correct it.

      Experian is useless. It is impossible to reach a real person and the automated system merely directs you to a website. Zero customer service. I was locked out of my account, called 6 different numbers all of which were automated and directed me to login- which I cannot. There is no way to reach a human. Experian is useless and frustrating. And, there is no platform by which we can complain to Experian. What a sham!
